Hello,
I'm a newb :) and I got a friend coming on the 14 day trial tonight.
I was wondering what can two noobs in punisher do. beside's mining.
can we do agent mission's together?? or asteroid pirate hunting??

Yes and yes.
Note that only the one accepting the mission will get the reward (ISK, items & standing), but bounties are split between gang members.

Since group missions/rewards etc are at the moment planned for Revelations 2.0, the only usable trick for group missioning is: Everyone picks missions from agents in same or nearby systems, then run them thru in gang, rinse and repeat. Also, one option is to have the other pilot to be in loot/salvage ship (destroyers are best, imho).
(IIRC, trial accounts cannot trade ISKs nor items? so it sucks, to be honest, to do group missions, since you can't split loot and rewards...)
Well, two persons already a mining-op gang, miner and hauler. Works like a charm and makes some money while you are waiting for new skills to be learned.

How about joining a corp together? I think eve acadamy has a good rep and they'll teach you all you need to know.. Other than that, you can do anything you like! Belt hunting, missions, mining (a bit dull imo) Pirating?

2 punishers? What can't you do with 2 punishers!
High
3x 200mm autocannon I
1x small nos
Med
1x 1mn Afterburner
1x 7.5mm warp scram
Low
1x small armor rep I
1x 200mm plate
2x capacitor power relay.
With two of these you can pretty much take on any solo frig/cruiser. Exceptions are Thorax, vexor and arbitrator. you can also confidently take out any tier 1 battlecruiser.
Take your friend down to the nearest low-sec/0.0 and shoot anything that looks killable. Just keep in mind not to go near gates or stations in low-sec 15min after you've attacked anybody or the sentry guns will shoot you. You don't need to worry in 0.0.
