Tetra Games is pound to announce the very first Team Tournament. The season will take place once enough teams has registered. The aim is 20 teams. Registration is ten mil. each team. The format is ôRound of eliminationö This means, if you loose a match, you are eliminated. After every round, small pay outs will be given out to the winning team. The team that wins the last match will receive cash & prizes. After registration has ended, the details on how long the season will be and what the payouts will be. The more teams that register, the better the rewards will be. This makes it in your best interest to advertise the tourney to all the people you know.
This tournament will base Its rules and format off tetra games. So please subscribe to ôTetra Games News & Eventsö, and sign up to the ôTetra Games Publicö chat channel with questions. Please note that these rules are based off 1 vs 1 match upÆs the following rules are to be geared towards the tourney.
Here are the Rules.
-No ECM/Jamming
-All ships must be T1 frigs
-Warping out of the arena will forfeit you match.
-Getting outside help will forfeit your match.
-Not being able to attend your game will forfeit you match
-No Cloaking (wont be able to anyway, because the ref will have you both targeted.)
-Winner takes all in each match. There for loot the wrecks.
-All Matches will be held in high sec, and teams will can agro.
-All Matches will take place on Sundays. The time might vary so be sure to check your eve mails for you next match information.
This is our first tourney. All suggestions are welcome. Any and all feed back is to be directed to Chillin Cold.

I understand that some ppl will not be able to attend due to low sec. status. The reason is that I donÆt have a reliable contact/corp/alliance to be able to host games in low sec or û00--. If any of you would like to offer a system in your area, or feel pretty confident that you can lock down a low sec system. Please contact me. I cant offer any large payment for your services, due to the fact that tetra games is not making a lot of isk from this. But if you want some positive out come from it. Your alliance will be giving recognition for it's help. If everything goes as planed then Tetra Games will have a in game web site soon, and you will be given the opportunity to advertise or something, I have some ideas, based on the type of thing your alliance/corp does. Please convo me in game to talk about it.

With 16 teams. the pay outs will be:
Round 1, 8 winners, 5mil to each winner
Round 2, 4 winners, 10mil to each winner
Round 3, 2 winners, 20mil to each winner
Championship round 30mil to winner
Overall winner gets 65mil
2nd place takes 35mil
3-4 place gets 15mil
5-8th place take 5mil home each
8-16th place takes home nothing

Sounds good - a few clarifications would be helpful:
What counts as leaving the arena?Are there any restrictions on the use of T2/faction equipment?Are sensor dampeners allowed?Regarding 'outside help', what do you plan to do about warfare link users hiding in the tournament system?

Good questions:
Join Chat Channel "Tetra Games Public" (Reed the motd) then subscribe to the "Tetra Games News & Events" mailer. You can find all these answers there. I'm always in those channels when online. There is always ppl there that can answer questions as well. Everybody you see in the chat channel is like you, where as they joined to compete in some kind of events. Most of them know the events. and follow the games enough to answer your questions in my absents.
You can always convo me in game, and I'll then invite you to the chat channel if you having trouble finding it.

Hi I am interested in competing in the tournament. I am wondering at what time will the fights be held? I am away every other weekend except for sunday nights. Also is there any restriciton on modules besides no jamming?

Great contact me in game. also the date and time has yet been established. as soon as i have 16 teams ill send all how are playing the requested day and time. That wont be set in stone until i know all will be able to attend. As for mods. As long as your in a t1 frig. All mods are accepted, except jamming (ecm)
