Would like to decide about the direction of your corp?Want to feel you are really creating somethign not just tagging along?Having not much time to play?Not particularly enarmoured with corps/alliances these days?
Then maybe you would be interested in my proposal.
Im a very old pilot,who is dreaming for some time about his own corp.I alrdy created 2 times corporations , unforunately each time it began to grow and roll i had to dump it because of RL, because i had to dispappear from Eve for some time and none was left to lead it on.
In short imho i know how to organise a corp, i got a lot of Eve experience, but i need poeple who would help me lead it, when my RL strikes again...
I got plenty of good friends in Eve , unfortunately all are nearly as old as me in Eve life and seem to have found alrdy a place they feel they belong to, so they arent willing to start with me this dream of mine.
A brief outline of the corp i would like to create:
1-PVP oriented but with mixed activity (after all you got to earn 3 evenings for 1 bs to pvp in...) ( tough there would be place for pure industrialists too).
2-Honorable, anti pirate, no NBSI Eve wide.( maybe in our space if we ever own one and members will really want it bad).No cheating, scams etc.We are the good honoroble guys of Eve.Anti-BOB/BOB pets.
2-No elitist crap attitude.
3-Until our members will become rich enough , i dont plan to spend all time on roaming in pvp gangs non-stop.I plan to orgnise regular pvp ops, but devote most of time to get richer and stronger.
4-Clear chain of command who decides but with members haveing ability to voice and argue on any decision ( tough the decision will be taken by elected directors/ceo.I love democracy but a clear chain of command is only way to make things happen when you grow abit bigger.)
5-Organised planned events.
6- Pilots will keep and ahve their own property, but also much items will be provided/orgnised by corp.
7-First ideas for corp team activites : try to hunt pirates in low sec, those who want can join me in good 0.0 tough a bit risky.
I cant guarantee at first there will be much of us or that we will do much teamwork because it will be hard to meet.We can tough help each other and comunicate with forums that i got rdy.Its a long run project.
I will be hapy to chat with anyone interested but breifly who imho would a good candidate:
1-Pilots with some solid Eve experience, knowing how to play alone for most of time and enjoying it.( i will be happy to help when im on , but as we will be few in begining , you should expect to be often alone).
2-Pilots interested in pvp or wanting to orgnise the industrial part of the corp.An industrial savy pilot would be most welcome as my knowledge in this area is limited.( i know how and will orgnise t1 stuff needed for corp but thats it)
3-Pilots ready to join the planned events whne their RL permits it.
3-Obviosuly poeple who agree more or less to the points outlined above in "a brief outline of the corp i would like to create".

A few words about me( only most important events so i can keep it short, you can also check my bio for latest kills, tough im mainly earning isk these days):
I was born on 2003.05.14. Created my first corp Solar winds , joined with it the old old ORS alliance , rebelled against its dictator, joined BNC in NORAD,fought pirates (alot:) ) around pf-346, fought in great northern war.Left BNC shortly some time after BOB was formed, as i was alwys strongly anti- pirate and was feelign more and more not in my place there. After some time joined Grey Council in Norad allaince.Become Norad diplomat,and Grey Council military officer..Become part with GreyCouncil of Rise alliance.Left with Grey Council as Rise didnt meet our expactation.Created my second corp, "The Amazing Fire Eaters" fought with it in Fountain against local BOB allied corps.As RL struck( change of work) i had to leave Eve for some time, resulting again in the death of my corp.Now Im back and ready to retry, but this time i hope to succed , by finding some likeely mined pilots:)

This guy knows what hes doing. I respect him a lot, as friend in norad and enemy in rise.

I forgot to add i paly usually between 18-21 eve time during week , on weekends no rule.

I can recomend to team up with Earthan he is not only pvper and a great FC he is also the funniest pilot I have had the privilege to know and fly with, a man of honour.
We all miss him vmuch in GC.

Earthan is an amazing player. He has tremendous respect wherever he flies, extremely honourable and reliable.
