Anybody got any good nano ishtar setups? I was thinking something like:
Highs: Dual 150mm Railgun II Dual 150mm Railgun II Dual 150mm Railgun II Drone Link Augmentor I Small Nosferatu I (Just what I can fit)
Mids:
10MN MicroWarpdrive II Warp Disruptor II Medium Electrochemical Capacitor Booster I Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II
Lows:
Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II Inertia Stabilizers II Inertia Stabilizers II

sounds weird i know but atm for solo im running:
4x med nos, 1x 150mm
1x mwd, 1x dis, 3x Phased muon
3x OD II, 2x CPR

Excuse my ignorance, but issnt rails on a nanoship a bit counterproductive? Feels like firing bombs from inside a bombshelter?
As the game counts relative transversal and not absolute, youd be hit as much as you hit, especially seeing how youre using med guns, small guns would in fact hit you better than you hit them. Wouldnt a full rack of nos be better, youd deal more effective damage at them?

small t2 rails have good tracking. Most weapons that will be a threat do not. ----

EDIT: And this is the point where I realize the difference betwen 150mm and 250mm, or atleast learn to read. Still would consider nos however.
Unless we're talking some pimped out nos you won't be able to reach very far.. you wanna be able to orbit at the top of your disruptor range (gives you higher actual speed unless you fit a lot of istabs).. taking small tech II rails is a great compromise.. you get range and are left with a lot of fitting .. I guess..
Speed tanking ishtars are fun but I wouldn't take one without LSE II's .. the sensor damp setup is very fragile..
All the stuff above does not necessarily reflect my corp, my alliance or even me.. Drone guide.. |

Nanofibers and mass rigs stack, right?
So why fit both of them?

They do stack yes, no reason at all to fit both.
Those nanos in lows should be swapped for istabs to gain higher orbit velocity and better agility.
