Are you getting hassled by a griefer corp that has wardecced you? Are you not really able or inclined to fight?
We are some pretty competent pvpers who just want an avenue for more fights. So you let us know we're required, we'll throw in apps to your corp and do our best to kill your WTs. Are you inclined to fight but don't have the experience? That's cool, too. We have very solid FCs that are perfectly willing to lead your dudes.

If you think we did well, tips would be appreciated, but aren't required.
What do you have to lose? Worst case scenario is we fail and you've lost nothing. Give us more ways to shoot things, please.
Why am I posting on an alt, then? We don't want it to be quite as obvious when we're going to join in. Rest assured, however, that we're fairly good and, if you're a C&P regular, there's decent odds that you've heard of us.

A more efficent way of doing this is to make an alliance and invite the corp to join long enough to inherit the war dec...like DEC-SHIELD...with a twist.
Just puttin that out there. |

Potential gank but as stated already, really if the corp members are docked up they are safe anyway. Would be interesting to see if this works out nicely and yes, its faster than the dec-shield nonsense, and allows for more amusing surprise **** of lame high-sec risk averse bullies.

Not necessarily.
Once the application goes through the war dec is inherited with no warm up timer....as in instantanous war dec...allowing for ambush strats.
It takes 24 hours to LEAVE the alliance...but then you are looking for kills and thrills so who cares right?

Interesting twist that could result in a potential win/win for everyone. You get pew. Your clients can learn from you guys. And that's one less ******** hisec griefer corp to bully noobs. I imagine the only downside for you is that you guys join and you don't get a fight at all so it can be hit or miss unless you really do your homework on your client's adversaries. Not to mention you can only be in one corp at a time thus one war at a time, no matter how lame or favorable it might be for you.
If you really play your cards right, perhaps you can extort the bullies for money and just make their life miserable.

1) Do you hire out POS gunners?
(can other folks chime in on what the potential risks would be of giving a random dude POS gunnery roles assuming that there are only enemies or his own dudes to shoot at?)
2) Any interest in a low sec ambush with the potential of carrier/dread on the field? |

Go back and review your alliance mechanics. It takes 24 hrs to join one, instant to leave an alliance. |

Letting the cat out of the bag here a bit.. but so what. This post was created by a Skunkworks alt.
This is what we "The Skunkworks" are interested in doing right now. We see tons of "pvp" corps camping nubbies in station and we see an opportunity for fights and trickery. Most of the time PVP occurs for us when we've successfully tricked people into engaging. When you have war targets outside your station running their mouths and feeling invincible I see that as a perfect opportunity to trick people into engaging. Just to clear things up as well we don't need your help nor will we ask for it. You may stay in station until after we've killed your WTs and dropped corp again or you can join us in the slaughter of whatever entity decced you so long as you join comms and listen to what our FC says to do. It's hard enough to trickt people into engaging without having some miner suddenly grow a pair of balls for no reason at all.
So if you have some loud mouth war targets camping you into your station and violencing your industrial backbone, convo one of The Skunkworks for fast results. Whats the worst that could happen? Well.. you might have to talk to me...

Is this offer still good if my corp has been decced by a contracted merc corp? The Ghost Division was contracted by an ex-corpmate unhappy with us. My conversations with the merc corp indicate that they've been contracted for several months.

I was always under the impression that an Alliance History is to a Corp what an Employment History is to a Char: something that should be kept tidy.
Of course, if a Corp has to resort to this sort of thing, they most likely care little about their reputation....

Why wouldn't we fight merc corps?
Hit me up in game.
And File 404, it's true that we're bad guys, but above being bad guys, we like to fight. The worst case scenario for someone asking for our help is probably what is already happening if they're asking for our help. They'll have to stay docked up until they can manage to kick us from corp.
Best case scenario is we solve all their problems and have some fun doing it. |

How exactly would we go about doing that. Being in a corp does not grant one immediate access to anything of value. We don't want your help, we want free blinky red things to shoot at. We drop corp as soon as the job is done and we don't care if you stay docked up or log off so long as you have legitimate targets on the field. I don't care what you can fly, what you can't fly, or what you will fly. I don't care what kind of assets you have. I don't care about your future plans. I only care about the fact that you have red blinky squares that I could be violencing because you're to impotent to do it yourself. That being said, let me lay out what will happen should you contact us and want intervention;
- You contact someone from Skunkworks and say something like "5 BS on my undock. Kill them so I can haz ore again!"
- A Skunkworks FC gives you our TS3 info (teamspeak 3; download it ahead of time if you don't have it)
- Skunkworks douchebags put in apps
- You follow the FC's instructions on when to accept our applications to corp (needs session change or petition-able etc.)
- We fight the bad red squares and win or lose. Much rage is exhibited in local
- We drop corp and ask that you put up a review (good or bad) on this thread
- You go back to shooting triangles if we beat your WTs, or you go back to playing space barbie in the CQ if we fail
This service costs nothing, though tips are appreciated. If your WTs provide particularly juicy tears about how we "cheated" or anything like that, we will most likely follow their decs and intervene every chance we get until they pay us a ransom. This can be a good thing for you if the war was declared out of personal and not business reasons.

We never said that we were charitable.. we want to make space glitter of ships. Also, being who we are, a lot of people hate us and could conceivably create a trap where we are attacked by both WT's and corpmates working together. But since we don't really care and this thread was filling up with the typical "I'm a complete eve noob and paranoid to hell" comments we went ahead and made it public.

It's in our best interest to continue doing this as advertised: we join your corp, we blow stuff up and/or get the wardec dropped, and then we leave. If we don't keep up our end of the bargain people will come in here saying we lied and ruining our fun. We want to blow up ships. |

This is actually a brilliant idea.
You guys will be more effective at helping carebear corps than 99% of merc corps. You can be there faster, with the element of surprise. Not to mention the fact that most merc corps these days are ****, and would rather camp stations and gates for easy kills than chase them down and risk an actual fight.
