Ok, there used to be a problem with having your overview stretched down your screen in full screen mode, then going into windowed mode at a lower resolution without shrinking the overview down first. It would sorta fold back n itself and become stuck that way. Tabbing wouldn't fix it, re-logging wouldn't' fix it. What would fix it however was deleting the cache folder and restarting the game.
With the build on the test server however this bug-fix has been nerfed. I recently made the mistake of doing the above and realized the old solution no longer worked. I tried deleting the test server folder altogether and recopying over my tranquility instance again, but after patching and restarting the test server instance again, the bug persisted. I noticed on install of the patch that some of the capture files are located in the My Documents folder now and i think this might be related somehow.
I've had a petition in for two days so far on the test server with no response.

Our Customer Support staff is limited to Tranquility, so they don't deal with petitions on the test server.
About your problem - have you deleted the cache in the Eve folder or in its new location in Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP ... ?

That folder doesn't seem to exist. I did a search for CCP and only the primary install comes up.

Bump. Anyone looking into this? Folder you specify does not exist.

Dangit...how do I change my default charcacter to my main?
btw...this bug is really a bummer because my overview is stuck closed so i can't see anything on it. Makes it hard to pvp.

It's a hidden folder, my bad. Check the "Show hidden files and folders" option in Windows Explorer - Tools - Folder Options - View.
