OK Guys, How about this... MDW Is at his limit for contracts. So unfoutunately I can not waste slots for personal contrats at this time.

300-5%=285m.
is that ok?

Just want to point out that contract price does not always = real value.
For example lets say there are 10 contracts for an item, 6 of these are at 200m, 1 at 190m, 2 at 160m and 1 at 130m.
The 3 lowest get sold. I then see your thread and go ahead with the deal, taking 5% off the lowest contract which would be 190m which would be about 180m. Paying much more than I could of done had I been earlier (or later).
You are relying on a large amount of contracts being set up for any given item, which isn't always the case.
