Don't know if this has been posted before (couldn't find it when I looked), but here is something for everyone getting withdraw symptoms, and anyone who wants to see why BSG is so often linked in EVE subjects.
Has to be the best BSG video I've seen yet (just have to find where I can d/l it so I can save it...)

it was alright, but nowhere near the best i've seen, i'll have to have a browse through Youtube later and see if I can dig out some of the other ones i've watched
I like the camerawork on the space battles in BSG but videos that just show the fights just make it look like any generic sci fi show imho, With a good enough backing track you could probably make some of the battles from the DS9 Dominion war look just as impressive.
Personally I like the vids that have the characters talking, the ones that emphasise the insidious cylon characters and the nature of humanities struggle for survival against them seem far more epic I reckon. I just love the BSG storyline rather than the just the fights.
That being said I do hope when it finally ends there's one hell of a collosal battle

If I remember right the season opener is a 2 hour even in September or somthing like that.. then there is a break 'till they start the half season deal in Jan. '08.
Seems weird to me to do one in Sep and then the rest months later.. but who knows.

2 hour direct to dvd (day after television airing) this fall. Season 4 starts in January. The 2 hour film focuses on the Pegasus starting during the initial attack on the colonies in season 1.

In Germany only the first Season was yet shown on TV and only half of the second released on DVD. Yes I like the Series and hope I will not have to wait for the rest of season 2 and the season 3 for to long.
Yet, I think it's good to end a story at a certain point, instead of dragging it on until all but the most die-hard fans have left.
Anyone remember Babylon 5? Practicaly the last 4 Episodes of the final season were a big Farewell and a great gift to all the fans.
Sometimes good things will have to end.
