I've tried 3 different credit cards (after full reboot and clearing of all internet files and cookies) to carry out a character transfer. 1 instance of "NOT AUTHORIZED" due to, I am guessing, the verification number I can chalk up to my error. Tried 13 times within 2 hours, then got out 2 other credit cards. Same issue. In all attempts, "ERROR" "NOT AUTHORIZED". If it's doing this with 3 different mastercards every time, I'm guessing there is a problem on your end or something else involved like me using Pay By Cash for my account.
Thankfully, the player who wanted to buy me for 8 billion, who put a 2 billion down payment -which has been refunded, has been understanding of this situation. I am either going to sell myself to him or allow the account to expire at the end of this month when the subscription runs out.
I've put in petitions ingame from both my accounts and through out of game email with no response to either so far.
Don't bother asking for my stuff, there isn't any stuff.

Same problem here, I've sold this exact char I'm posting with just yesterday, and I can't transfer it to the buyer...
Thankfully the buyer is patient so far and understands the situation, but I don't know for how long...
When I try to transfer the char the following message accurs:
 "An unexpected error has occured, please try pressing your browsers back button and try again. If the problem persists contact support."
My petition hasn't been answered yet, I hope this will resolve soon, don't want the buyer to think that I'm a scammer..

Personally - from experience.
Never necro a thread. 4 month old threads in help are useless.
Create your own thread if you feel you must and also petition the GMs( most important!)
