After a brief encounter with a KIA member tonight in Venal, I thought I would clear this up.
I have no intention of leaving Venal, as myself and RKK still have interests here. While I do recognize a claim has been made on this space by TNA, I do not recognize it as valid. I will not fire on my former allies unless fired upon.
That being said, due to recent events I also have no reason to defend Venal, as it is free space, the alliance formerly protecting it no more, and the new alliance yet to be organized or formally (with accurate corp membership list) posted. If RKK leaves, I will leave, but until then, I'll see you in Venal.

Personally I got no issues with Reikoku staying in Venal, always liked your corp.
But if the order comes one must follow it.

In times like this it's hard to get the right information, but I was under the impression that all former NVA not i TNA has a NAP status so they could move out in peace.

i just find it odd that in tor hardly the TnA zone of "control"
i have a rona pulling a tactic i expect from n00b griefers, ie target your ship in the hopes you fire back

i've had ppl fire at me after i have targetted them in empire space near a gate or station.
using someone else's stupidity to your own advantage hardly makes one a 'n00b griefer'.

Interesting...
Yesterday Havocide and I were in Venal doing a blockade north of H-PA, when we encountered an RKK person (I forget who) in a punisher.
After convo, we agreed not to fire on the RKK person, since they were withdrawing from Venal. In general (and you know how ambiguous "general" can be), I believe we in the FE will allow RKK to withdraw from Venal unmolested (although, maybe not un-tolled).
If the RKK folks agree to surrender some offices, I'm sure an arrangement can be made where we facilitate the withdrawal of RKK unmolested.
The irony here is that post-NVA meltdown, the FE could be more reliable than some of RKK's old "friends".
If RKK is interested in this arrangement, let's get a dialogue going.

Can you give me a name in game please and i will sort them out for you. WE have no problems with RKK so if i can get the pilots name i will speak to him

As of this morning, the issue with Crice has been cleared up. I got an eve-mail expaining it, and the confusion that led (erroneously) into believing Crice was a spy.
Again, while we could beat-down but not destroy the NVA using the tools of war, one week of peace was all it took to dissolve them.
The war gave them focus. Take that focus away, and they turned on themselves. We in the FE had a little of that, but I can't tell you how relieved I am now that it's all cleared up.
If you weren't aware of that yet, look for an eve-mail the next time you log on.

Trouble was brewing long before the peace week, but there is still an element of truth in what you say. Over the last few months it's seemed to me that the NVA was focussing less and less on co-operation and more and more on suspicion and doubt. This had its roots I think in the defections from the NVA fairly soon after the close of the M3G4/TTi war due to boredom and frustration. The seeds of doubt planted then are still germinating it seems.

You may have made it out fine... but will others?
Maybe one day, you'll be escorting a fat indy loaded with BP's, and because of no "arrangement", they fall into the wrong hands...
Are you willing to risk it?
On the other hand, do you have anything to lose by making arrangements with us when your old "mates" are now shooting at you?
Think for awhile. Then get back with us...
This could be a "win-win" situation.

Mojo, yeah it was a lone bessie, slow as hell. took me about 2 hours to get all the way down to PB and not a single FE monkey anywhere.
They are almost as good at stoping people as the NVA^h^h^hTNA are at keeping them out. :P

Mojo i think it might have been a joke i have spoken to the pilot in question he locked you in a bestower equiped with a miner 2 and 3 cargo expanders lol

they are our friends and have always been good with us.

Absolutely true, J0.
I was simply referring to all the corporation goods that RKK might be pulling out of Venal with. Presumably, RKK will use indies with battleship escorts.
Actually, if RKK is on good terms with the former NVA, then they should just pull out earlier, probably right after downtime.
The FE folks are night-owls, afterall.

I'll state Reikoku's position again for the record.
We are withdrawing our assets from Venal.
We are on good terms with the TNA unless they open fire on us.
We are not on good terms with the FE as they are pirates.
If someone fires upon Reikoku they are instantly KOS for whatever reason unless a full apology is receieved (the same as with any of your corps I would imagine).
To those in the TNA who are concerned about any actions by Reikoku or more importantly ANY RUMOURS of action by Reikoku then speak to one of the following directors:
Myself, Galavet, Hazeb, Sun Ra, Mojo Jojo, Fluffle.
Please don't aggrevate the situation by targetting my pilots. We are not looking to pick a fight, but if you do pick one then we won't hesitate to respond.
AFAIK, the TNA has left us open to move around venal providing we stay out of there way. Obviously the FE will quite happily shoot us and I would be dissapointed if they didn't.
Unless I hear a change to either policy, Reikoku will continue on it's merry way.
