Hi,
Tachyon t2 appear to self nos the player using them to the power of a heavy named nos. Is this truly ment to be intention of a weapon where the enemy does not need to nos you since you nos yourself?

Hi, it's the new feature implemented by CCP that looks at how much amarr whining you have done on the forum, then doubles it and take it from your cap.

quick calculation shows about 80cap/s on abaddon with 8 tachyons and 3 damage mods...not bad
