Are there still modules missing on the market?
For example I can find the Magnetometric Backup Array I but the others (Gravimetric Backup Array I, LADAR Backup Array I, RADAR Backup Array I) can not be found on the market.
And what about the bp's for those, they should be on the market right?

Quite a few items dont have bp that are on the market you can get them from loot containers or agents but are very rare. On the first day of Castor some people got bp that arent on the market such as invulnerabilty field and thermal shield hardener. But i dont think any have been given out since.
Magnetometric Backup Array I Gravimetric Backup Array I, LADAR Backup Array I, RADAR Backup Array backup array are droped by npc's but they are fairly rare thats why u wont see many on the market.

Oh no, they arent missing. In the top right portion of the market is a little check box that says "Show only active" With this check box enabled you will only see items that people (or npcs) have sell/buy orders for.
Uncheck that box and you'll see every item avalable on the market for eve. Pirate or "named" loot is not avalable on the market. Things like a "survay scanner" are avalable, but the pirate loot "residual survay scanner" which has increased range and reduced fitting is only avalaible on the trade channle.

There is a market problem - I got some Overdrive injector 1 as rat loot and wanted some more, i looked in the market and couldnt find a listing for them, (there was only basic overdrive injectors listed), but when i right clicked on the item and selected show advanced market info, hey presto - there was 6 for sale in my region. Havn't noticed any other items with the same problem though.

Invulnerability fields had it. the heavy/large cap extender which gives 400+ to cap. are two if i remember right
