Two things you can do....
One fill the hold up with basic and civilian goods, dont know if you leave them unstacked if they scanner shows them that way...but thats just a ****-er-offer to the ghankers.
Two hunt the gankers...I have not done this for awhile...But when they flash red you can attack right?
But you can pair up with a partner and fly escort with them...fight back is what CCP wants you to do, not come here and cry about yet another empire gank.

Oh I see. So your opinion is that "because it's this way, it's the best way and deal with it". How wonderful. No wait, it's completely stupid. There are ways involving groups that have an outside chance of working (your traveling with a buddy system is bad, by the way...the gankers could just kill you both and not have any significant cost to themselves). Rather than coming up with silly solutions that won't really work, why not fix the system so that the game plays more as it should? Ganking in highsec costs you a ship, not costs you a minute to go buy another ship and do it again.
You know the funny thing about all this? Its been going on for years...CCP knows about it and they will not fix it...WHY? BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO FIGHT BACK!!! They never interfer with empire ganks untill the numbers get above 200 a day...then they 'talk' to the ganker about moving to another system. Remember Zombie inc? They did not get banned for ganking in empire, they got baned for telling a GM to go **** up a rope!
So stop 'trying' to solve the problem on the forums, and get in the game and do somthing about it!
