Well Acix, doesnt that statement contradict your CC position officially? You fight us because we are "pirates" supposedly. Yet you fight alongside the same type of people that you claim us to be?

Mistress D'Malice did you catch the part above that I said we were non-aligned? That would mean we are not CC. Scragg and Bach are great players and people from my experience. If I choose to cheer them and the CC on its my choice. But it does not mean I am part of the CC.
SNIGG is now officially open for business. We are a merc corp looking for contracts. For more info click below http://oldforums.eveonline.com/?a=topic&threadID=68313 |

One more thing I might add. My corp entered the fight against the CA, not because of the pirate or not pirate debate. We entered because you guys saw fit to shoot our haulers and ships. We lived in Curse for a long time, and were waiting for the council to speak to us about their alliance. We didn't want to be a part of it but we wanted to talk to them about leaving us be and have mutual non-agression towards each other. When it all came to a head the CA council treated my CEO like crap. They acted like a bunch of two year olds calling him names and such during a negotiation process. My CEO kept his calm through most of it and decided that we would war if the agression continued. It did and we went to war.
I undestand others reasons for the Curse conflict. You just have to understand that not all of the conflict stemmed from the pirate debate.
We have not made as big a mark on the CA as the other major alliances have but we are nearing 60 CA ship kills with aprox 7 or 8 losses. Not all are haulers around half at this point are cruisers and nearly 10 are battleships.
But anyway this is way off the topic that started this thread. |

If Tyrel goes to Stain then goody for them, they will still be KOS and they will still be in Curse. So nothing changes, And really Bach and Scragg are not running....they are just fighting in a different direction!
Issue number two: Smug are still pirates, we caught them camping B-VIP and they got no quarter, If Foundation wants to live by double standerds then so be it. Smug gets no quarter just as m0o and Sinister and Red Corsairs got none either, Smug has to prove them selfs just as my former Alliance brothers did for more than 3 MONTHS! not a week. When Smug has had 3 months of non pirate activity then we can talk. (by the way I was one of the pilots that was in that fight, my respect Smug for not running. then again that scorp was locked down and couldn't do anything except self destruct! podded pilot anyway)
issue number 3: I really don't care what the rest of Eve think about CA, and neither do my alliance brothers. Sorsha Lightbringer can muster up a carebear army and come on down, we have fought five fronts of war at the same time, and despite Scraggs claim of "hundreds of victorys" And Evolutions claims that they own Curse, and Stain and Fountain and Foundation claiming that we are owned. how is it I go where I want when I want, and Curse Alliance is still here and nothing any of you have done has broken us? So whats your excuses now?

I will directly answer 2 of the questions posed. Please regard this post be informational and not argumentative; therefore, feel free not to flame in response. Our corp seldom posts on these forums as for the most part we do not find them beneficial.
1) Eye of God is still a proud member of the CC and the tag is still part of our corp description. Every day we have members present in Curse.
2) Contact person for our corp is Cyber Baron.
Please note above that no confrontational adjectives were used, insults hurled, or boasting. We have killed in this CC-CA war and have been killed. Now please show restraint in any responses.
Regards.

Between EVOL's and all these other muppets claims I wonder how we are all still in battleships. We must have a horde of lemmings mining for us.

Quote: Sorry, but you are absulutly clueless what you are talking about. CC has 2 options. First option is to say they doesnt work with you anylonger or second option is to say, 'sure, we work with pirates and all our flaming posts were a joke'.
I pick option three. Kill more CA pirate pink boys.
Oh and yep.... I'm the master of running my butt off and getting out of bad situations. But then operating in an area where I'm out numbered, out gunned, and yet I continue to kill enemy ships means I have to be good at running and picking my battles or I get good at waking up in a a clone vat. I like the first option better.
So, like bite me and stuff pink boys.....
P.S. Pink boys refers to the color of ones skin after waking up freshly cloned and has no derogatory overtones as to my adversaries life style, religious, or political choices.

Tiv, we don't live by double standards. We did not go to war over the pirate non-pirate debate about the CA. We have our own reason I have stated many times before. SMUG will get the same chance to redeem themselves as the CA and SA did. If they follow in SA's footsteps and keep the cease fire in action they will be more able to become non-pirates. If they don't get this chance from someone why would they ever want to stop pirating? Its just a step in the right direction. Also they weren't camping for you guys we had a situation that could have broken our cease fire. I was trying my best to deal with it but your fleet showed up in the middle of it. I don't know why they didn't move out. I told them you were heading this way. Its not smart to place 2 battleships against 5 or 6 + cruisers. So I don't think it was by choice on the non running part. The CA recieved actually more than one chance from our corp. But that is what lead to the war. I used to be an EVE-Marshal and I still believe in giving people a chance to change and do the right thing. But once those chances are used up they will then be met with force. If it takes 3 months in your book to become non-pirates when is it supposed to start. We have given them the chance for the start.
Quote: Darkrydar stated: LOL, OMFG. I've killed 6 of your clowns. Check your numbers jack.
Darkrydar I cannot substantiate your claim of 6. I am speaking for the navy only. But I do know that you got a Caracle last night. But that was a fair trade two cruisers for one. I told you before that Shamis has a tendency to take on overwhelming odds. His caracle against your tempest, i would call that overwhelming odds. We have been at war for months, one corp vs. and alliance (Foundation vs. CA). We have a better kill ratio per ship lost by nearly 10 fold. You out number our navy according to your member count by over 200 to 1. Granted we may just be an anoyance but we do attract the attention of your fleet quite a bit. We just do what we can.

Edited by: Bach on 13/01/2004 22:33:40 Edited by: Bach on 13/01/2004 22:31:43 Well answering this thread is the CC's bussiness and not mine. I can confirm that they do exist and are in Curse daily conducting they're bussiness. If you can't see them thats hardly their problem it just means your not taking the time to look hard enough.
I have heard alot of boasting on this thread and much throwing my name around by guys who have done a fair job of running from my guns as well. But then I guess thats just how these boards are.
As for how I see the score. The CC are still in Curse conducting day to day bussiness. That doesn't mean the CA are OR are not pirates. But it does mean their claims to Curse are just as irrelavant and ineffective as they claim the CC to be. If you really own the area then remove them. Stop waiting and whining for then to come out in a big battle fleet you can see, catch and take 3 hours building up to fight them. Owning land means you can police it. Thats much more than simply winning one big controlled battle.
I won't speak for the CC but as for Tyrell. this past weekend was pretty much my usual time spent in Curse.
Friday I drove over most of the region. Killed a good number of industrials and fought some skirmishes against CA forces. In the end I captured enough CA aarkanor it sold for 65mil in empire space.
Saturday I aided EV in some blockades and again skirmished CA forces. End it up in U-Q fighting a CA Temp with x2 of those Cruise missile Kestrels. Those things are a real B i o t c h but I held the gate for over an hour destroying both kestrels and forcing off the Tempest a number of times. Hardly productive as Friday but alot of fun.
Sunday I raided a few CA mining ops. Killed some cruisers and a few indy's. The arkanor from this day sold for 45mil in empire.
As Tivian said we view battle in different ways or in effect are often fighting in different directions. In the past months of fighting the CA and preying exclusively on CA vessels in their own space I have more than I need and give the excesses captured from the CA to those disadvantages by them.
I hope the CC continue to thrive inside Curse and I for one will continue to aide them however I can. All while "fighting in a another direction".

Sorry for the late replay... logs where at home. I assisted in the destruction of the CA pink boy pirate supporters EternalDark, and Gareitonis. There where one or two other TEC's that where seperated from their ships but I was not involved in their demise. Ask around, someome in your corp will know.
