If you read the storyline item in the news when you log on, you will see a new story about NPC/GM Corps having problems with industrial research getting stolen and the like. In that past this has usually been a fore runner to the next contents patch coming out, so I'd say it's a case of watch this space

There's a new content patch coming out soon? Is it described in any detail anywhere? I hadn't heard about it at all until now.

Revelations 2.0 (in partial form) is on the test server now, and adds things like level 5 agents, changes to how loyalty points are used, changes to system sovereignty, module heat, and a whole bunch of as-yet unannounced bug fixes.
