This is a well-rounded starter character with excellent base attributes; it is suitable for either PvP or mission running. It is not a 'n00b in a battleship' type of toon, so if that is what you want - please look elsewhere. Serious EVE gamers read on.
You may download the following .XML file, which you can then load into EVEMon and view the character details:

Min bid: 650 million isk
Min increment: 10 million isk
Buyout: 1 billion isk
