Your side of the conflict is said to be less guys than our side of the conflict. So if people is elected, actually more guys coming from our side will investigate.
I am 100% sure that some, if not many, guys in the Alliance can't really stand to be viewed as cheaters. You should make these guys first on your lists.
Many guys in the Coalition think CCP cheats so the guys that'll be elected will return every stone CCP can show.
And many guys coming from the Empire don't want to be invaded by Bob (or are from the movement "i don't give one about 0.0" so they'll be neutral.
I think it's a good idea.
The problem I see is most guys won't give one about browsing every single PC at CCP's offices. They will see the ocasion to visit CCP's office for free :/ (it was the first moral no-no I though about "why not me ?")
