A short video of fleet engagements in Branch against D2, RZR, MM and friends. Yes, it's little purple squares shooting little red squares at long range. Yes, there's some lag. In that regard it's not at all out of the ordinary for such videos, however it is different in that there is no commentary or explanation of what's going on, because seriously, nobody cares.
The idea behind this project was simple: a short view of the war as the individual pilots see it. We don't see the drama, the politics, and who's who of it all when it's happening, the value of the system we're fighting for is entirely forgotten for that time; we just see targets on overview and hear a voice on teamspeak.
The two most frequent comments I've gotten from the people who got previews is that it's surprisingly good to watch, because it's just fighting and no BS. Second is that I suck at shooting primary, specifically in regard to the second fight. I can assure you this is not true :P I shot nothing but what I was told (except for the celestis, that was a tactical target of opportunity, aka killmail whoring), FC just couldn't make up his freaking mind :P

Eve files is slooow today, and it cut me off at about 40%. The 40% I watched looked really nice though.

Edit: Saw the rest of it - Nice stuff, bit short though I think fleet action footage would have become boring after some time. More eye-candy next time 
I wanted to make it longer, but you're right, I decided it would just get too mind numbing. There's no way I could find to express in film the enjoyment of hugging a POS for 4 hours and finally being released in one sudden erruption of violence

try redownloading it, eve-files cuts you off partially done sometimes. Shouldn't require any spcial codecs, it's just plain ol' WMV9.
Thanks for reencoding, dark shikari, gonna download the codecs now and use it for future releases.

Great video, the song fits it very well. I have to agree with it being a bit short tho. Oh and that celestis was asking for it :P

What really frightens me is that i still have the exact ship in my hangar that you saw in the fights, normally i loose my fleet fitted ships in a matter of minutes

What really frightens me is I forgot to insure that ship until last week
