Hmmm really need to get more female gallente in DI for "Bonding" purposes as well...or send "ambasadors" to such corps for diplomatic reasons.

Maud did tell me once aparantley they have insist on 'hazing' you before you get to do the bonding stuff...
..Involves a feather duster i believe

Friend you must increase thine popularity by upteen points in order to have the standings nesscary to "bond". Why dont you Bond with someone lower on the corperate ladder and work your way up.
