Well, I'll be leaving the game as soon as I can get my assets all sorted. Figured I may as well give away some ISK here - but there's a catch.
I want people to tell me why a friend of theirs should be given 1b ISK. Don't use more than one reply to explain why. The entry I like best will see 1b ISK being sent to the friend.
Please don't spoil the contest by using an alt to talk about your main, or vice versa. If you really deserve the ISK your friends will come forward and say so and you won't have to sink to such depths of lameness. People who know me are welcome to enter, but don't expect it to give you any kind of edge.
Entries are welcome until the end of Wednesday 13th June 2007, according to EVE (forum) time.
Have fun.

I think that Comissar Gaunt should have the ISK. And why? Through some weeks my corporation had been harrased by a merc. According to this merc, she had been given offers by other corps to harass us, simply because we are good at what we do.
So after alot of minig ops being ruined by this merc, comissar Gaunt (who is not in my corp, but a RL friend of mine) decided to go help us. For 0 ISK.
So what did he do? He used all day finidng this person and scanning the persons Navy Vexor's setup. When he finally got it, he wiated an hour or so and convoed the person and asked for a 1on1. the merc agreed and took him on in her Navy Vexor. Gaunt was in a Hurricane.
accoding to him he killed it easy (i saw the killmail, so he did).
Then he convoed the merc and wanted to know the contracter. The merc said to pay 200mill and the contracter would be revield. So he paid 200mill and got the contracters name, and the merc stopped harassing us.
So, i think that Comissar Gaunt should get this money to compensate for his 200mill and then the rest of the money as a reward for helping us.
----------------------------------------------- What has just been said is my point of view and not necessarily my corporations point of view |

Noone here could possibly deserve such a generous handout: Giving it to an organisation that gives something back to the eve community would be the logical choice. I'm sure Eve University would love to use the isk, but I would personally suggest you give it to someone organising an in-game event, with the isk to be used as a prize fund. So anyway, I have this friend - lets call him "pilot X", just to be mysterious.
Pilot X has been playing the game for around 3 1/2 years now, but has never had any isk in his account. Why? Well he has this love affair with a certain whale-like lovable Gallente Battleship - the Dominix. His love for the ship is so great, that all he does is fly around looking for kills with his buddies, and never ever has any time to sit back and earn any isk! Struggling to stay in his ship, sometimes even to feed his hungry children, Pilot X is sadly having to look at more economic variants of the Dominix (such as the Vexor) due to his financial situation.
This cruel situation must not continue! End it now Ebedar! I shall see that my friend, pilot x gets the 1 billion, if you would transfer it to me as a trusted intermediary!
I trust you will do the right thing.
The above story may contain traces of nuts. Sorry to see you go mate, its been fun knowing you --

My mom, Her ingame name is Guillimom, Why? because 19years ago she screamed in pain as she brought me into this world. She raised and nurtured me with love and care, that never stopped, even till this day. She's done so much for me and thats why I'm writing this. I don't really expect to win, I just felt like sharing this. To the Op; Take care with what ever you're going to do, give your mom, if able, a hug atleast. Cheers.

I kinda wanted to stay out of this, cause I know you for quite a while now and somehow it wouldnt feel right to nominate somebody. Its still a shame to see you go , but this is a good idea. Also wanted to see what others would come up with stories, see if there would be any good ones.
Anyways Ive decided to do choose somebody and my nomination goes to this crazy aussie and corpm8 of mine, called jamesw.
The reason why I want him to have the 1 bil, is for different reasons. Let me start with 2-3 years ago when I just joined Rubra Libertas Militia. Before that time I never really PVP'ed and was fairly new to the scene. He was one of the first pilots to welcome me and make me feel home in that corp. Eventhough he's from a completely other timezone I kinda knew he was a nice guy the moment I was in that corp. Also we often had nice talks about gallente setups in corpchat since we were one of the few who focussed most of our sp in gallente stuff (I still think its a big turd btw!).
After that we flew with each other for quite a while, as you can see since were still in the same corp. After that time, I had several times where I didnt know where to go in EVE or just wanted to quit aswell. He convinced me twice to join the corp he was in and eventhough the first one didnt last that long, he did convince me to apply for OMNOR which I'm now CEO of. If it wasnt for him I prolly would have ended somewhere else I didnt really like or would have retired the game before you :/.
Also as long as I have known him he has ALWAYS been poor . I remember many times asking why he wouldnt get a second BS or another ship and then he told me he only had like 200mil in his wallet, which is ok if youre used to it I guess, but it would be nicer to have a bit more. I also thinks he wants to get a carrier and it would be nice if he doesnt have to sell his alt to get one or do loads of carebearing.
Another thing is that he doesnt get to play that much lately, so Id rather have him PVP again and fly with me and the others again than focussing on his alt to make money. He also makes nice videos which me and a lot others appreciate, so having him PVP more instead of making money would mean more action packed videos aswell :)
Here's my try, hope you get some nice stories to pick from Eb!

i know that some might need that bil more (hi jamesw :P) , but still i have to nominate merd. his love for isk is neverending, he cant stop thinking about it, even when we fight, he seems focused to win fight but ask yourself why ? not just to save himself from losses and therefore isk loss but to kill as many as possible so he can enjoy salvaging their wrecks and earn isk on selling rigs he will make of that. imho thats beautifull example of "dulce*****utili" principe and i think just cuz of that no one else deserves it more then him.

This is a fantastic sentiment, I love it. I've got a few corpmates that I think deserve this isk so if it's alright, I'll make a case for each of them. None of them are my alts, you can check that up any way you like.
Naliana. Some of my other corpmates have quit eve and come back, some barely play and others don't do much when they're on. Of all my corpmates, Naliana is the one that has stuck with eve and stuck by me throughout everything. He's had opportunity to rip off much more than 1b from me and from friends and has declined the chance when presented every time. Sometimes it has been a close call but he always does the right thing in the end. I would trust him with everything I own if needed.
He's always there when I need him, eagre to help me manufacture something or pvp or to run cynos for me. Unfortunately, he cannot afford the cash to play eve. It would be such a loss to eve and to me if he couldn't play, so much so that I once spent 350 million isk on a 90d game time code to help keep him in-game. A billion isk would let him stay in game without spending all of his isk on game time codes.
ToG. ToG is my brother. He fills my hanger with thousands of shuttles (dozens of which are individually named), he transfers all my isk to his account if I leave the room with Eve running, he spends my isk on hundreds of homeless and exotic dancers, but eve would be a darn sight more boring without him ^^;. Brotherly love demands that I nominate him :).
He's currently training for capital ships but cannot afford the skills, as well as not being able to afford game time (which I end up having to buy for him ¼_¼). A billion isk would literally make his dreams come true.
Anopheli. The official corp underachiever (his own words!), Anopheli has said many times that the only ways he can reliably make isk in eve is to save up in little dribs and drabs and put it into a bank character that he doesn't touch. For all the work and effort he puts in, he can't seem to make the kind of isk that is being offered here. I think that if he had that kind of isk, it would give him the chance to start trading on a realistic scale and actually manage to make isk and feel useful.
Anopheli is always really helpful, but for the life of him he can't make isk and often seems to underappreciate himself. It's my opinion that a billion isk would give him a chance to male something of himself and feel more useful.

I nominate Malcolm Rhade, we used to be in a corp togather, but even tho it broke up we still stay in contact
he is a great guy and helps out almost anyone in need, yet recently we have not been doing as good on ratting and such, exspesually since he bought that freighter skill and trained it
we are planning on doing a little trading, but we just dont have the funds to buy a charon
with this money i think he would be able to buy it, and help get bak to helping others in need
and its not just about the freighter eather when i started playing this game, he was there, he was willing to help me with my agent missions and he also gave me some isk (which i was never made to pay back) to buy my ships and skills
he is an all round good guy and i think he deserves this
if not, then i will try some other way to get him this money, because he deserves a little pay back for all that he does
thank you

Edited by: VinceNoir on 11/06/2007 18:14:09 What a nice idea. I think my friend Wylker should have the ISK. My reasoning behind this is:
As a boy Wylker was afflicted with a horrific diease which turned his legs into trombones, unable to walk anywhere without making some slightly inappropriate noises. He was sent to live in his evil aunts tower high above the serfs but with no company other than a mouse named Phillip who would one day become his mortal enemy. His life for the next three years was one of great hardship, he waited for his weekly visits from Phillip, hoping that one day Phillip would bring along something to aid his escape. Alas, this day never came. However Phillip did bring Wylker a video tape of him shagging Wylkers mum. Seeing this Wylker charged into a frenzy and hurled the treacherous mother loving mouse out of the window and onto the peasants below.
Having killed his once best friend Wylker spiralled into a depression and decided he would do whatever it takes to see the world again and make beautiful music with the brass band below his waist. After 5 years without seeing a barber or having a razor nearby Wylker had become... somewhat bushy. It was then it hit him, an escape plan! He began tying nots and strengthening his mass of hair, he spent hours tying it into bunches until it was thick like rope. A dreadlock, strong enough to climb down. Made solely from Wylker's pubes. He tied the end to a loose stone (Actually leading to a passageway that would have been a much easier escape but w/e I've written this now.) and began rappelling down the great tower. This turned out to be a lot more painful than Wylker had first imagined and by the time he reached the bottom he was almost bald.
Wylker went on to lead a life of constant torment, he was mocked in the streets for his brass appendages. Tormented my school children and the homeless. He could not go on any more, he should have stayed in his tower away from the public eye. It was time to end it all, he would throw himself off the nearest bridge with instruction that his body be melted down into several smaller brass instruments and given to the salvation army. A more charitable man you could not find. Whilst googling for the nearest bridge high enough for a fall to be lethal (You try googling that phrase it's a f'in pain) he came upon an ad instructing him to 'Taste Eve - 14 day free Trial' with a rather hawt looking lady going down on an odd grey spaceship that slightly resembled a train. He knew this was his destiny, his calling. He knew he was meant to play an online spaceship game and wtfpawn noobs whilst flaming people on the forums. This was what he was meant to do. He decided maybe life was worth living after all.
A year or so later and he's an accomplished pilot and capitalist. He is looking to start a new IPO to build cheap cap ships for all of eve which is soon to go public. He wants to give something back to the community that took him and his abnormal anatomy in and gave him the family he so desired. The life of trouble, heartache and pain that he is lived makes him the most deserving of this money.
IMHO.
Thankyou for your time, VinceNoir Serious Spaceship Captain.
EDIT: Also the chick in my sig will sleep with you. thx.

I'd give it to Renard Xavier.
He's studying loads at Oxford university atm, and the standards of his course are so high, that he simply has had no opportunity to log onto EVE for a year now, despite wanting to. He left for university with very little isk, and most of what he had was in is assets. He stopped playing when he was in FLA up in Deklein. With the constantly shifting 0.0 map, he will next log in to a very hostile region, and it will be very difficult for him to get his stuff out, and he might not even manage it. The monetary donation would be much appreciated by him so that he could get back to empire, and start up again.

You should give it to Rayv, my dear friend.
He has never had a break during the time I've known him. In Real Life nor EvE. If there is a guy that deserve the isk I can't find a better subject. He has had to flee war, civil war and terrorism during the last 3 years. Lebanon ain't a swell place all of the time it seems.
His time in EvE is spent with the others in the corp. He always PvP when he has a chanceeven tho he has little other time to get the funds to do it. I wish I had the isk to give it to him but my only reason for being semi-poor on isk is lazyness. He has a real reason.
Give it to Rayv. The fact that I'm writing this will prolly land me with zero part of that.... he's a proud man, but kind and a good friend. Even tho he's been in farworse situations than the rest of us he sends SMS to check we are ok if we are offline for a long time.
Wow, that was sappy.....but true nontheless.

I nominate the first noob who you bump into in a belt , mining , minding his own buisness... he / she wont take long for you to find and look for someone who will be totally unexpexting such a genourous gift ... and you also will feel a lot better for it. Its my opinion that any post in this thread might well be a scammer pointing to an alt , or just a complete out and out lie ... ( no offense to peeps whos statements are 100% true ) trust me , theres nothing better than seeing a new pilot in a belt , and helping him out with a barge for an hour , or shelling out some isk for absolutley nothing in return apart from a smile. The only thing id say , is that the player really should have allready completed their trial period as once I gave away a hoarder to someone who the next day ran out of free time and was never seen again. Thats my 2 pennies worth anyways, but its your call at the end of the day.

Hmm decideing on just one friend will be hard for me. Id say split it between all people i consider great guys below:
Ggrimreaper, current ceo of my very first player corp i joined. It was great fun being part of their group and im glad to see even though i am gone they moved on and actually made their wishes come true, to be part of an great 0.0 alliance on the chart .
Decillius, CEO of the 2nd player corp i joined. Also have had great fun being part of that corporation, we tried being an alliance ourselves there but where not really succesfull. Nonetheless i have had an great time there too and im glad to have been part of their corp.
Hoiiy smoke (the part with the "holly" is pronounced with i's). He is just an very great guy, always fun and has always been an good guy to talk to. Have had great fun with him when liveing in lowsec but he took a break from eve for awhile. He now is back and is part of an 0.0 alliance and he could use the isk very well too specially considered for the capital warfare thats 0.0 these days (and for that he lives in the drone regions which are very hard to make isk on).
Wayne scott Really a great guy from my previous corp. He spends lots and lots of time doing stuff the hard way. Always helping him out here and there with little gifts and im sure it would really help him out on his goals. He is another person who deserves it really in my eyes.
Nerotho Another great guy also from my previous corp. Also spends alot of time doing stuff the hard way (well everyone had to start somewhere). He is trying a bit of everything like 0.0 warfare and an "isk insertion" would do wonders for him im sure.
I have many many more people i know that deserve the isk, im sorry for not writeing down everyone as i know many different great people.
Anyway if you decide to donate it, please split it between the 5 i did mention its better to let more people enjoy it then have 1 guy have it, spend it and perhaps loose it in 1 go (mumbles something about not putting all the eggs in one basket )

Ebedar, i think my friend Belkarish should receive this ammount of money. Hes been playing over a few mounths and he really enjoyed the game. Hes been my friend since the begging of the game, and never let me down in any single issue i had. and i mean EVERY issue. Last week, i woke him up like 6am in the morning telling him i had problems in a mission, and he helped me out ( of course, after washing his face and drinking a BIG cup of coffee. He even gave me 20 mil so i could buy my very first BC! and that was the most amazing thing, for someone who was in a frig!
I think he deserves the 1b isks, because i know he would do the same for someone else just like you, that is, if he ever left the game.
Not to say that i do own him a lot, i made him lost his drake 2 times! Ok, so i think i should be the one to own him a few millions isks, but since you given away, i hope you choose him. Hes been a kind player of mine, someone that i would get pod killed for anything, anytime!

There are surely many deserving, but I choose to nominate Don Caana. He has proven both enterprising and unselfish, a rare combination. He started FIRMA as a corporation with great chemistry, which accomplished great things before his departure (and then seemed to become Just Another Big Alliance Corp in his absence, having lost their sense of identity). He comes up with crazy Big Ideas that sometimes work and sometimes don't but are always fun in the attempt. I don't know if he still plays, but I know you knew him once and would agree he will only put the ISK to use in a bold venture involving many players. I think the main source of fun in this game are exactly those risky ventures which involve lots of folks, so you could leave knowing your stuff still helped people have fun. And who knows, if (when) you have a change of heart and want to come back, I'm sure that the resulting enterprise or another like it would welcome you in, even you were a n00b who (like me) forgot his old character's password!
/me runs off to find out what Don is doing today...

I think Retupmoca should recieve the money. He Has helped me accumulate lots of cash at his own expense by destroying all of the enemies on one of MY missions while I salvage with a destroyer and 8 salvegers. Also when I mentioned this article he said he would share the money with me. He is also a good friend in real life but that has nothing to do with EVE.

I believe a deserving recipient would be Slinktress, of Freelancer Alliance.
As many know, the FLA was never one of the "uber" PvP alliances. Yet, when faced with the wrath and might of MC and others amongst the Allies those of mettle stayed, and fought until exhaustion. They could not prevail against the forces arrayed against them, but made good on their "Code of Perseverence". Many on both sides of the conflict have noted their honourable stand.
Freelancer Alliance still exists, and labours to build a new home for itself. It is only possible due to many hard working people, that stuck by the alliance through thick and thin, that FLA has chosen to remain ... because of the efforts of people like Slinktress.
In short, the money should go to Slinktress because she is one of those people that can keep Eve a more diverse and interesting place.
It is my pleasure to have known her through a former character (who comitted seppuku due to being associated with dishonourable types). She is honourable and will put the funds to good use.

Edited by: Atreides Horza on 12/06/2007 12:21:53 I nominate Selespeed of Soar Angelic, my old corp.
Why?
Months ago, Soar Angelic was a small, but highly active corp of pirates and cutthroats who would take on most anything they came across. SA was more than just a band of pirates, though. It was a brotherhood. An idea that would ensure its pilots the freedom to do as they chose without being dictated by alliances.
Countless hours of spliffs and fun is what I remember as the best thing in SA... Those guys got me - and many others - completely and UTTERLY hooked on EVE. They were the masters of belt piracy, doing it at a level that made living off loot and ransoms perfectly feasible, but at the same time flying 'below the radar' of most major corps and alliances to afford maximum freedom of movement.
With time, however, inactivity grew and people started losing focus. Over the space of weeks, activities came to a grinding halt as members, myself included, started leaving to pursue other avenues of PvP. We wanted it bigger, better and faster. To this day, I'm not so sure any of us found anything that could beat those early mornings, roaming the region. I know I didn't.
In the weeks pendinge the total collapse, everyone was asking where the CEO and founding members of the Soar Angelic was. Attempts were made by the acting CEO to save the sinking ship, but by that time, inactivity and apathy had kicked in and the CEO, too, became less active.
The corp was in desperate need of someone to take the reigns and provide its players with goals and purpose on a daily basis - and everyone was looking to Selespeed, who declined out of loyalty to his CEO.
At this time, I left the corp to join another outfit in a new region. When I returned two months later, everyone had left Soar Angelic.
Selespeed was, and is, last man standing.
To this day, he has declined numerous offers to join bigger corps with bigger reps, wowing to keep the idea that is SA alive. While everyone else left to pursue the almighty ISK, better ratting grounds, bigger battles and more glory, Selespeed is holding on to his ideals.
A lot of you are probably thinking 'so what? big deal?'
I don't give a r@t's @ss. This guy has testicular fortitude ten times that of most any other player in this game. I'd fly with him, next to him, any day and anywhere - and if I'm lucky enough to find a corp with a leader carrying the same uncompromizing integrity, I'd be a damn happy man.
Give your billion to Selespeed. Not because of the amazing kills he has pulled off, his impressive flying or his humble attitude. Give it to him, because a man like that deserves to fly in style.

My mate 'Elgan' should get 1b isk, because...
He's in your corp, and as you probabily know, is Welsh. This is punnishment enough from the gods, and i think the guy deserves a break, and maybe he'l stop begging me to get into minmatar invention and give him cheap stuff.
Also, he could sell the isk on ebay, and put the money towards curing himself of any&all sheep related illness.

Edited by: Ralitge boyter on 12/06/2007 15:32:21 I would nominate the first noob you find, just out of his/her trail account mining away in a belt. These are the people that make EVE into what it is a great world full of dreams, hopes, failures and missery of the individuals all combined to form a universe in which we all spend so (to much if you ask my girlfriend) much time.
Should you not want to do so then I can always recommend the following person: Jhonstar the most sex crazy, miner in the eve universe. He has been putting a smile on many peoples faces for the past 3 1/2 years now and will continue to do so till the eve universe blinks out of existance.
------------------------------------------- Should you disagree with me, well I guess that is because I disagree with you. If you have a problem with that please feel free not to tell me. |

I think that Jarah Tatarin should get the ISK, shes my RL friend and introduced me to EVE-Online.
You said only one sentence, so I kept it short. I would like to write some more though if that helps her to get the money?
Cheers and dont play WoW. :D

Some good replies so far, keep them coming.
Originally by: Camilo Cienfuegos Noone here could possibly deserve such a generous handout: Giving it to an organisation that gives something back to the eve community would be the logical choice. I'm sure Eve University would love to use the isk
I may look to give EVE Uni a separate donation, depending on the state of my wallet. Nice thought.
Originally by: jamesw So anyway, I have this friend - lets call him "pilot X", just to be mysterious.
I've studied your story closely and it has become apparent to me who "pilot x" is - it's obviously me! I shall donate ISK to myself accordingly \o/
Originally by: Guilliman R To the Op; Take care with what ever you're going to do, give your mom, if able, a hug atleast. Cheers.
Touching sentiment. I hug my mum every day ;)
Originally by: VinceNoir EDIT: Also the chick in my sig will sleep with you. thx.
As Booshtastic as your story was, I'd have to turn her down. However, I may encourage bribery and if anyone would like to send me 1b ISK so that they win, please feel free to do so.
Originally by: PewPew Khan There are surely many deserving, but I choose to nominate Don Caana.
I don't know if he still plays, but I know you knew him once
Yeah that's going back a long while :) Curious how you know I knew him, though.
Originally by: Capt Willard My mate 'Elgan' should get 1b isk, because...
He's in your corp, and as you probabily know, is Welsh.
Elgan's Welsh?? Man, no wonder he kept asking about my Livestock.
Will have to leave this thread for now, off to make sure my animals are secure :P

Puff .... only 1 friend eh ...
* Forgive me Vexil mates, but he recruited me so ... Strugiling between Odren and Coren .... *
Money should go to - Coren Skyus.
When I was just a little POD pilot with less then 1,5 mil SP - this man was kind enough to take me into Vexil. Corp. I call home today and people I met there are primary reason Im still here and trying. Place where people had patience to show me the ropes and how to survive in cold 0.0 where enemies never sleep.
He gave a warm home to a noob when I needed it most.
* DISCLAMER: Coren if you do get ISK, hope you share with Odren, for you are both egualy deservant Im here *

I nominate Cruznstyle (not sure if this is spelt correctly, my spelling is appalling)... from one of the first days i ever played EVE Cruznstyle has been there to help me, cheered me up when i was on my lowest ebb, and kept me going, helped me along, taught me almost everything i know about EVE, in indirect ways hes given me patience with people i didnt used to have, and a longing for a goal of a corp in harmony... i have not yet acheived this goal but im an thousands of times closer than i dreamed possible just a few weeks back, he gave me the courage to start again when i decided that a certain path wasnt for me, he helped me change to the path that was for me, gave me good friendly advice to help me on my way, but this is just me, i know of many people Cruznstyle has helped, he does stuff for people that nobody else will, he sits there and gaurds you whilest you mine, he talks to you honest and true, he encourages and nurtures you to be a better person, he promotes honesty and kindness, and he nevers asks anything for his troubles, if there is any one person i have met that deserves it would be this person... hope you get it buddy you sure as hell deserve it. Keep well, Live Safe Dragon ... (now Totals Dragon NOT Total dragon)

I think my friend and/or corpmate Lord Mercury with alts should get the isk. Why? All he has ever done is be good to people, he has payed for people's carriers, thousands and thousands of my Vexor's and whenever I say it's my birthday I get a free ship. Plus he sux at PvP so he keep loosing the ships and winds up going b0rke all the time because society are xploiting his good will. It's time society pays such a good man back. Yarr |

Dreadtanker, He is the CEO of Crimson Star. Shortly after becoming a member of the corp I was commenting in chat that I was well on my way (albeit slowly) to the needed 6.5 mil isk for my first cruiser, and he just sent me the rest!! I commented to him and he said sometimes magic happens... He is very generous and I think he really deserves a present. This would be a really nice way (secretly) to let him know that.

im going to go with agent apple, when we, me him and a friend join another friends pirate corp he leant us both 100mil isk each. Most likely knowing for sure that he would never get it back, but he still gave us money to get us going.
As an interesting side point, in the 4 months we were in that corp he never lost his ship, that raven was tanked like an absolute ***** :p
Anyway, he showed us kindness in the d=face of adversity, and lent us cash he could have easily used to make his tank more uber Being nice is for ugly people - Falazi |

Daj Mahal should receive the ISK because he's a positive force in the EVE universe. He just tries to help others have fun. He created a fleet of 14 pilots called "The Newb Corp" and took them out to 0.0 sec space just to show them a good time, and many of them said it was their favorite moment in their EVE careers. He is also manufacturing and giving away free frigates to new players so they will unite and take on gate campers with no ISK loss.
Oh, and he is teh pwn...and stuff.

I would like to nominate my CEO Anaqua Pyrrea.
The reason behiond this being that they have always helped me figure out the more obtuse elements of exploration and invention and is always up to aid a fellow corp member. Another thing I find lovely about this person is that they treat my industrial/exploration character, (this one), with all the respect of a very active corp member even though I occaisionally log on to this character and have probably been a drain on our small and minimalist corporation, Frontier Expeditions. They even made a channel so that while on my main, I could still communicate with the corp and be involved, even if I was out participating on my main in another part of the universe.
Also, they exemplify tolerance, even though this individual is a true carebear and doesn't approve of the whole non-consensual PvP element, they never harassed me about my main's commitment to making other people's ships explode, barring a few friendly jabs over some banter. This one billion would most likely be used in the corp to sponsor the invention sector that is being expanded in a very small corporation. I would also like to make a segue saying that I will not see 0.1 of this isk, directly, and that in all truthfulness want this person to receive this award, I have no stake in this, I just think that someone I respect in-game deserves to be recognized.

I think roulio should be given the money. Why? Because we once ganged to finish a mission. He used smartbombs as we flew in a close formation and concord popped him. He undocked with another ship while still flagged and got owned by the sentry guns. He undocked a second time in another ship and got popped aswell. This repeated until he ran out of ships.
You see, the guy is really broke now and thinking about quitting EVE. Which means 1 less target in lowsec. If you gave him a billion, he might change his mind.
