Problem with paying 71.70 for a 6 mo subscription and still being susp

I had to repost this as the original thread is mysteroyly missing. I was asked to keep yu informed about the situation and I will do that. Even if I got to ancor giant sec cans in soshin sys. I would much rather use the forums. Anyways . I am still awaiting the outcome from CCP regaurding this issue. It seems to have fell by the wayside about the time the original post vanished. The following is a re cap of the begining of the original post. the confirmation e mail I got from chase bank confirming this I have also included the two transactions in question. Dear David Douthit, Thank you for your follow-up message. Please be advised that the merchant EVE-Online Subscription has been paid the amount of $71.70 on 05/26/07 and 05/25/07. If you have any further questions, please reply using the Secure Message Center. And the long numbers are NOT creditcard numbers lol I hope this problem can be resolved soon.

I will be conducting 99% of my bussiness thru that petition. I was asked by severl people about 30+ that asked to let them know what the outcome was. then the thread vanashied lol. Good or bad I will let them know what the outcome is. I'm not asking for much. either a refund of the missing money or credit. CCP's computers think I didnt pay and Chase Bank says otherwise. Im the one stuck in the middle of this tug of war. I dont like being the rope.

If it bothers you that much. Then contact Eve-online.com and ask them to put a spell checker in here. I am not going to cut and paste to my e mail program check the spelling and then make the corrections. Nor am I going to do the reverse. By typing this out on my e mail first and make the correction and then cut and paste. You will just have to accept the fact that I am from time to time prone to misspelling words. Aint life a *****.

I really hate to tell you this. But you're dump if you think I would be that foolish as to do something that stupid. Its a transaction number as per the website, In this case being Case Bank stated on their web page. Not to mention I checked the numbers aginst my card and surprisingly, they wernt there.

I have found that one of the charges went to a different account that I do not own. One called BrainMaster. CCP is aggressivly looking in to this incident and providing great service in getting this resolved. I still wish they had a phone service strickly for money issues.

He will just think we are hinting that we want a dial up service to the server instead of an internet connection. Now that I think about it, that would solve the lag problem in Jita Peak hours 3 people online. Two of them are devs and the third is a macro miner who thinks christmas has come early. --

renegade leader	Posted - 2007.06.13 18:51:00 - [26] GM Gusto has closed the account beloning to BrainMaster. They will have to re-pay using another credit card before they can play the game again. The Money was credited to one of my accounts as I had the Chase Bank reissue me a new account. A side from the lack of phone service available for this type of situation. Which caused an lengthy and in my opinion, un-neccesary delay in service. CCP's customer service was great with this issue was great none the less. For situation involving billing issues I wish CCP would invest in a telephone customer service system. Perhaps if we all were to mail old phones to the CEO he would agree with us :)
