The Star Fraction is a tight-knit, small to medium-sized PVP and roleplay alliance that exists solely to conduct wars and campaigns of terror against targets selected on the basis of our RP ideology. We are now opening recruitment to mature individuals with an appetite for enduring revolution and bright acts of creative destruction. As a rule we are currently not recruiting corporations into the alliance, although we might be interested in mergers under the right circumstances.
We have no territory to guard or fixed infrastructure to bog us down, we are under no obligation to police or restrict space and maintain no interest in POS deployment contests and tedious blob warfare. Star Fraction is a highly mobile and ideologically motivated guerilla warfare operation that prizes flair and courage alongside tactical skill and innovative combined ops strategies. We're all aficionados of exciting small to medium engagements where the competence of the individual has the opportunity to shine and where the really challenging combat is.
Behind all the dashing bravado in space we have a formidable logistical backbone in the form of a freighter and carrier fleet and a top-notch high technology portfolio featuring over 28 Tech II ship BPOs plus a multitude of drone, ammunition and module BPOs, ensuring that we can swiftly deploy significant forces and cutting-edge war materiel to any base of our choosing.
The Star Fraction believes that the capsule, which endows us with such undreamt abilities as the transcendence of death, the wealth of nations and the ability to traverse the entire star cluster in a few hours, represents an unprecedented quantum leap for our species and consequently, the millennia-old social and political systems of the old empires are no longer appropriate to the transcendent reality of our capsular identity. These legacy concepts are slow to yield however, from the cowed nation-states to new pod pilot alliances created in their image; and we hold this to be poisonous to our fullest potential as a new breed of aspirant posthumans with our eyes on the future.
The two corporations that make up the alliance, Jericho Fraction and Tabula Rasa Systems, are both openly recruiting. Both corporations work together closely, share the same ideology and culture and use the same forums and voice software, making the alliance one large community in which the divisions of Jericho Fraction and Tabula Rasa exist as two alternative environments to better satisfy differing individual tastes and skill focus.
Jericho Fraction is a corporation of wide fame and notoriety with a long history of fighting imperialism, territorialism and statism stretching back more than three years to the now-legendary opening months of the capsular Diaspora. Jericho Fraction has a recruitment policy that doesnÆt discriminate against newer players on the basis of skill points and experience alone, but expects enthusiasm, personality and revolutionary fervor alongside the long term commitment to fight hard for the cause of capsular liberation. A mix of veteran free-captains and starry-eyed anarcho-capitalist bravos with their eyes on the future, Jericho Fraction brings style and panache to the business of guerilla operations and death to puling lackeys across the face of the star cluster.
Anyone interested in applying should have 2 to 3 months experience ingame, however, exceptions will be made for candidates that do not meet these criteria, but display outstanding comprehension of our ideology and personal willpower to realize it.

Tabula Rasa Systems is the sister corporation of Jericho Fraction, featuring a more specific focus on elite combat participation and battlefield leadership. TR-S has a more stringent recruitment policy in the field of combat experience, and only admits warriors of proven capability and substantial expertise. This corporation represents a focused hardcore revolutionary unit for true zealots of the movement who can only be satisfied with the blood of reactionary ingrates for their breakfast.
Those applying to Tabula Rasa need to possess at least six months active service in a combat-oriented corp, with over 10m SP and experience at field command being a bonus.
The contacts for TR-S are Argon and Sakura Nihil.
Given this background, the following specific points are requirements for all successful candidates:
1. You must understand the cause that Star Fraction is fighting for and will be comfortable with the roleplay and role-played ideology of the alliance.
2. You must be well spoken and possess a degree of eloquence, and will understand that Fraction members are responsible for preserving the good name of our alliance.
3. You must be prepared to dedicate yourself to fighting for the cause and participating in the struggle. We require all our pilots to be active in combat operations when possible, freelancing and solo play are not encouraged.
4. You must be economically self-sufficient and know, or be willing to learn, how to make money in hostile space. You should also be prepared to establish clone-jump capability under our guidance, copy bookmarks for personal use, and participate in rare alliance logistical exercises.
5. You must not have a history of corporate theft, career scamming, or exploiting, will not have a silly or abusive name, and must be 18 or older. To prevent the possibility of split loyalties, may not possess other characters that are in a corp other than their own alt corp or an NPC corp.
6. You must possess a microphone and be able to listen and talk on Ventrilo voice communications software. (satisfying this requirement within two weeks of joining is acceptable.)
7. Again, the minimum requirement for Jericho Fraction is 2 to 3 months experience in EVE, and half a year for TR-S. Given the difficulties of our revolutionary struggle, we prefer recruits who have "been round the block" and gained a solid political and gameplay grounding in the universe of EVE, but if you are a young character, really like what you see and can convince us you have the drive and passion to adopt this lifestyle in EVE, weÆd be happy to consider an application to JF.
8. You need to be comfortable with our rules of engagement. We do not engage neutrals unless fired upon, and may only aggressively attack other players if marked -10 through our alliance standings list, or are a war target in an ideological campaign.

You will then be contacted in game within a couple of days for an interview, and if accepted, be taken in as a provisional member. In in two weeks, if you prove your dedication and commitment to the cause, you will be elevated to a full member of your chosen corp.
For the foreseeable future, we will be fighting the Amarrian paramilitaries in the Provdience and lower Domain area - any applicants will be fighting this campaign if they are accepted by the Fraction.

Back on track, we're neither pirate nor anti-pirate. However, our NRDS rule means that we only shoot neutrals, so as long as a corporation or alliance has not shot at us in the past means they're free from preemptive attack.

The last year has been truly excellent for Star Fraction with campaigns against nationalist thinking at the far corners of Empire Space leading to excellent results and battles against a range of regressive political operations. Caldari, Gallente and Amarrian nationalists have been put to death in pitched battles and many lesser piratical entities have felt the cost of attacking our fleets and patrols. We've had good coverage in the Galactic news from our intervention against these tyranical agencies and managed to really tweak the pride and self-belief of even the "mighty" Mordu's Legion in distant Pureblind.
Star Fraction today is very much a household name in the mythology of the capsule revolution and the most enduring symbol of resistence and fight back against the cloying imperialism of nationalist influence.
If you are sick of a life on your knees then look to the stars instead. We'll see you there!
