anyway Concord show up, the sentry guns rip into him, and to make things fun, Hupe warp scrambles and webs him ROFL
anyway i launch a coupld of cruise, but he blows up just as they reach him, and i get his pod
then Concord pawn meh
ohh well it was fun, and i even caught it on camera!

being pirates we often get accused of having real life issuse, which cause of to take on this paticular roll in game. so hanns may be a bit hyper sensitive to any attacks such as that.
anyways nice work hanns you makes us proud!

Aye the first song is the beginning of the mini scene from italian job (the origional not the mark whalbergh remake) the main song is surfin bird by the cramps, and the final song is part of hava nagila, from the lock stock and two smoking barrels film soundtrack!

Whenever I hear that Surfin' Bird song, I get the itch to put Full Metal JAcket in the DVD player. Awesome track (and one hell of a funny movie too Hanns).

Isnt that the whole point of playing computer games? to have fun and escape the real world? and isnt that the whole point of playing eve to take on the role of a someone your not?

Hanns is entirely right - the movie and chatlog show that people are playing this game with a smile on their face, which was what I tought the whole point of playing computer games was.
Or maybe I'm wrong. Tonight when I get home from work I will start scowling, shout at my corp mate who I work all day with too, and go to bed feeling even more stressed out.
Or maybe I will drink a bottle of scotch and spend all evening laughing on TS like normal

Hanns you hang out with some real l0sers. We are at war with EPA, and took out 4 of their ships last night in Nonni BTW. But, they have a non corp friend sitting at the gate locking us when we engage, causing our drones to attack him, etc, etc. Needless to say, the retarded sentry guns chewed my m8's hull a bit, but he got away. Just a pretty chicken $hit "tactic", IMHO. If you cannot win battles without exploiting, just dont go to battle. I mean if you suck that bad, just go hunt some NPC or something. Regardless, we got more of them than they did us. And it was fun. We'll look forward to more of the same (well, maybe not the a$$bag exploit).
PS-
CCP, just the fact that you allow this is pathetic. Either get the drones under control, or make targetting a hostile act.

Even if not everyone is 100% full on roleplayers, we are all playing fictional characters in an imaginary world that doesn't really exist (except in software code if you want to get really anal). I'm glad Tesk is nothing like me, otherwise he'd not be able to fly spaceships or blow stuff up and he'd have to be working in a Health Club all day
I think most people feel the same. Enjoy the clip and leave player RL personalities alone. Sure, flame him cause he's a pirate , but not for who he is in RL.

BTW, I play EVE with 4 people I work with and know very well, and thier characters in Eve reflect what they are like in RL. I know some have tried pirating for a little "role play" but could not do it cause they are good people and understand that when someone in Eve loses something they have worked hard for, it bums them out.
Greifers are people who, in RL, whish they had the BALLS to do the things they can only do in EVE. they are tightly wound people that can only let the bad things out in a video game cause they are cowards in RL also. And I'm sure most of them are the same kind of stupid punks you see on TV vandalizing peoples property and taking videos of it for later entertainment, kinds like Hanns did in Nonni. And like the RL greifers, they have no balls, no bravery, they will exploit, and run everytime there is anything even close to an even match up in a battle.
Just my .02 isk.

I wouldn't say that people's personas carry over. Your friends you play with, choose to play the same person ingame and real life, so to speak. Even though I play a pirate in-game, I don't wish to go out and mug people in real life. I mean, you're saying that people who play Call of Duty want to go play sniper on the streets. Come on, think about it.
I don't like blowing up helpless noobs. But I have to make money. If they pay me, they won't get blown up. But they usually don't so...bye-bye ship. Agent missions and mining is BORING, I think. So, I have to find something else to do, ie., pirate.

You know ive hosted some Crazy stuff on there and i never get it cut off, i used to have some stuff to do with C-S and i swear thousands of ppl musta downloaded them!
