The situation is rather complex. Getting rid of the goons would only be seen as further collusion between the devs and who ever they are theoriezed to be helping. The only way that CCP can evict the goons and other undesireables is with the support of the rest of the community.
Sign this thread to show your support for CCP. Ban the goons, because they are jerks that deserve it. (My most convincing argument yet!) |

oh dear, why post it, i mean why? ban the allaince and they will reform under another name, an the accounts there would be uproar.

I just got off the phone with God. He said for every goon that gets banned, he's going to kill one kitten, so please don't start banning them. I don't know anyone in goon, but I like kittens.

Legally CCP can ban anyone they want for any reason. They are under no obligation to let anyone play.
That does not make it a good idea of course but they could do it.

No banning them won't kill them, but fire or knives might, which was the legal issue I was alluding to.
