I know you wheren't talking to ME, but I'll answer just the same. It affects ME because it throws the risk/reward factor right out the window, thus making for a worse market, worse trade, and eventually, worse PvP. In short, it makes EvE worse.

One could say that, but one would be deluding one's self. You see, a whine is met by a retort and a request for stoppage of said whine. You calling those responding to your whine whiners just diminishes the word "whine", and makes the whole statement meaningless. For those that didn't follow: OP = whiner, those responding to OP = not whiners.

Just do your level 4's in a group? You say it's not always about ISK, so just get together with friends and kill those Serpentis until your eyes bleed. What's stopping you?
You could argue for more varied level 4's. You could argue for some kind of player control when it comes to missions. You could argue for decreased bounties and increased loot or the other way around. But, no, you are instead chosing to WHINE about not getting access to the more profitable level 5's in a completely safe environment. Sorry, but your argument fails on every level.
