I hereby officially petition CCP to change the name of the ingame player race of Amarr.
There is no logical explanation to the current name, so in order to fit the features, ships, modules and back story, I propose the following;
Change the name of Amarr to Amarrgh.
Pros:
- Its more fitting
- Complains would seize, as no empty promises are made.
- New players wouldn't be confused, thus add more players to Eve.
Cons:
- Need to do "search and replace" in DB's
All in all, CCP and amarrgh pilots would benefit from this change so we can happily move on to other issues.
its bad being amarrgh isnt it ?

Sadly, it would lower complaints and response times (instead of " we are looking into it" change response to "look at race name!"
I like it!
I also refuse to change race.
Amarrgh FTL! (faster than light, thats what I meant, yessss)
