I lost 256000sp after being podded when i undocked into a black screen of death.
Yeah yeah, shoulda had my clone up and all (my bad), but CCP refuses to reimburse me the SP because their bloody logs don't show any bugs. Do they really log how long i stayed on a black screen for?
Could they have logged it if it was a client side bug?
How can i get my SP back? I really don't wanna waste 5 days training, and at 6.5mil sp that's almost 5% of my SP lost.

I think your other thread in General Discussion said it all.
While you could theoretically petition for the loss of your ship, it is your responsibility to keep your clone updated - they emphasise this in the tutorial.
Clone insurance is like car insurance, it's there in case something bad happens.

What bug?
The only bug I see is your lack of ability to buy a clone, and stupidity isn't a game bug.

correct me if im wrong, but dosnt you have to press the screen or so, after undocking, before they can lock you?...

That doesn't last forever. 20 or 30 sec only I believe.

As they dont have logs showing you unfairly lost out; Then perhaps they can show you the logs that you lost out fairly! Otherwise to assume your guilty by default in respect of any evidence offing a clear direction either way is a somewhat French way of justice :(.

Black sceen when undocking is a clear lack of computer :O .. i used to get black screen all the time with my old computer, with the new i only expiriene 10 sec black screen if any at all.
And about the thing with clicking the screen... that is the 30 second undocking time where you can breach it yourself by clicking

You've got it backwards. He is accusing CCP of causing him to die and asking for reimbursement. The burden of proof is on him to explain how it is their fault he died.
