Minmatar (speed race) ships have a higher base speed than other races while amarr have nothing. Instead amarr have lasers that use more cap than any other weapon system. So why are amarr the CAP race when they are the weakest in the game when it comes to cap?

The fact that lasers don't use ammos is already well know, thank you, don't use it as an excuse to cover every laser short-coming just because of a single advantage (and before you start to dicuss ammo pricing, go buy a set or two of Auroras). The Archon is good, so what? One ship (and a captial one, at that, so relatively rare) doesn't make a race. Blasters use similar cap than lasers only if you have amarr ship trained to lv5. The problem with Amarr "cap advantage" is that while we have bigger capacitors, they ae only abour 5% bigger, and they also recharge more slowly, with nullify completely this advantage... ------------------------------------------ What is Oomph? It the sound Amarr players makes when they get kicked in the ribs.

I was mistaken about the cap usage, but if you take into account the 10% decrease in cap usage per lvl, they lasers (with dread lvl5) use less cap. Then revelation gets 25% rof bonus = 33% more cap use, which comes EXACTLY SAME as blasters. So at lvl5 (3600,5)/0,75 = 240 at lvl4 = (3600,6)/0,8 = 270 So all amarr noobs (ie: people who dont have dread lvl5) use more cap. And only maxskilled dread pilot uses same cap amount. QED.

TII 1000 shot, faction 10000, ti, well tbh i dont know exactly how many, though i do know you need to use the same set for almost 6 months to show any negligible damage There is no substitute for pilot experience.
