Prices:
Prices are a large number (~ 80types / ~150items) of different faction-items (including 3 officer ones) with an market-value around 5.5 to 6.5 billions (read personal notes)
You can see the Items here: Pictures List-1 List-2
1st: 60% - 3,6b
2nd: 30% - 1,8b
3rd: 10% - 0.6b
I will split the best Items..so each winner get some gd items, but the first will get the best ones.
If the draw is over I will talk with all 3 winners and we can deal the rest of the split.
Ticket Price: 10 million ISK per ticket
Number of Tickets / Buy-Limit: Unlimited / 20
I will do the draw on my own.
That everyone know i donÆt manipulate it, I will fraps the whole lottery from my desktop and uplaod the video.
This includes downloading the code to the desktop from a site where I uploaded the code 3 days before the draw will take place, so everyone can look into it.
Maybe some1 know a way how I can stream my desktop live or know a better way to do it live then plz contact me ingame.
The draw will take place on the Saturday after the value of the tickets have reached the market-value of the items.
If after 4 weeks the value of the tickets is still under the market-value of the items, the draw wont take place and all who bought tickets will get the iskies back.
I created an ingame-channel æFaction-LotteryÆ where you can discuss about the lottery or ask me questions when im there.
I created also a mailing-list æ*Faction-Lottery*Æ where I always keep you updated.
How to play:
Post here how many tickets you want and deposit the ISK to ANDRAHKON, make sure you put "Faction-Lottery" as the reason. It is important you post with the same character as deposists the ISK, failure to do so will mean that you donÆt get tickets (but iskies back as soon I have time to sort that out)
If you donÆt want more than 3 tickets you can choose numbers from 2 to 600
You can also only post how many tickets you want and I give you the next free numbers, can be in a row or because choosing, any other ones which are free.

Once the draw has been completed the winners will be posted here and notified per evemail.
Additionally I upload the video from the draw, so all can see it (except I or some1 find a better way)
Contract will be set in a high-sec system.
Personnal Note:
Market-Value: I checked the prices on contract-base and market and took the min and the maxàso the different is something like 1b.
Maybe its less or moreàso plz donÆt troll the thread with..Æhey thatÆs not near worth that muchÆ or something.
If you donÆt like the lottery and donÆt wanna play, doesnÆt matter which reason, then plz donÆt disturb it.
Special-Note: I took this originally from æKaede FrostÆ and edited it for my usage.
So I hope he donÆt kill my for that. 
And for his work he will get a free ticket, the number: 1
