Hey all. Its been a while since I've played Eve and now i'm back, I want to get the much feared  Mercenary Frigates back up and running.
There may be a few changes tho. Currently the corp Mecenary Forces is running the show (only a few members atm tho). Using mainly frigates with the backup of a few cruisers. But we'll see what the people want (all frigates or just mostly frigates).
So, if there are any active old MF guys out there reading this, get in contact with me or Thackrar on joining up again. I know we had 70+ members last time (now 5), but i'm only looking for the active people who went out hunting with us most times.

Yep... some of the greatest times in EVE I've had with Merc Frigates (now Mercenary Forces).
The changes in superior lock-times for frigates and the introduction of MWD's for frigates have opened up interesting new tactical situations that need to be explored.
Come and join up for frills and spills ... but expect to die... lots
We currently have access to ALL top of the range researched frigate BP's... Merlin, Kestrel, Griffin, Tristan, Incursus, Maulus, Rifter, Breacher, Vigil, Punisher, Inquisitor, Crucifier. Currently working on procurring an original researched Blackbird BP.

Just recieved my "call up papers" reporting for duty ......... good job, retirement "sucks" and theres too many carebear battleships pirates out there need there "arses" handing to them on a plate.

With the new castro patch you should have a Huge advantage in PvP, with Frigs. Good Luck!

I mean c'mon, just think about it. What would make more sense then the 3 most hated alliances teaming up to lay waste to the people they all hate anyways? CA is already allied with PA, and TPS lies between the two alliances. Natural allies to be sure. But it's not just that, all but PA (and even some of them) have adopted a "stfu and die, or come and fight us, we don't give a **** what you think or do" philosophy, as well as a PvP Kill everyone not friend kind of mentality. These are the people in eve that kill or convert, the ones dedicated to the death of others, because history, circumstance, and the rest of eve have driven then to do so (except TPS, who are just cool ass pirates ). |
