Would you consider a 17.2mil amarr specialised character plus some isk? Has all T2 lasers and small and medium drones. He will be able to fly command ships in about two weeks. Don't think I could afford your assets. Let's see, there is a 5mil sp difference which usually would be about 1bil but you aren't as specailised, having a few mil in science and industry as well as only small and medium tech2 guys so I would say a trade and half a billion isk. Can talk it over more once the game comes up.

Agreed regarding the science and industry however its purely specialised in one race, where yours is multi-spec'd in 3.
Minmatar HACs (and recons granted (18days off)) are one of if not the best solo/small gang pvp ships around, specialised in such an area is somewhat desireable.

I wouldn't say my character is multi-speced. The gallente ship skills would maybe take 5 days and the other race gun skills even less. The overwelming majority of his skills are for amarr, all the lasers, armor tanking and the cruiser 5 only in amarr. What would you say is a fair trade then?

evasive maneuvering is at lvl5 already. Pure caldari pure combat BS 5 HAC 5 all basic combat skills to 5. maxed missile skills etc.

Ok i am extreamly interested in your character!
I may not have the isk to match yours but i certainly have the specialisation.
This is..110% pure GALENTE
He is HAC capabable
T3 BS Capabable
INTY / ASSUALT FRIG capabable.
AND.. He has a whopping..
10 Million SP in gunnery..
All togeather he has about 20 Mill sp
However..
His sec status is very very low.. But it is on the steady rise..
