Eve is designed to work for those whith 56.6k modem. I believe this is quite pointless since almost no one uses so slow connection nowadays but I don't want to jump to conclusions so I though a small poll about the toppic would be nice.
I'm using a 512 kbit cable. =============================================== A stupid man learns from his mistakes A smart man learns from other's. Raptus Regaliter =============================================== |

ADSL here - but I also know several people still chugging along with modems, which may even include me soon if I move house to somewhere outside broadband availability. :-(

56k here (there are more of us here than you think ) and I hear brodband ping rates are just as poor as 56k modems in Eve.

2004-01-15 09:00:34 EST: 1730 / 247 Your download speed : 1730416 bps, or 1730 kbps. A 211.2 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 247096 bps, or 247 kbps. Seems like broadband .. above the 1mbit barrier!
Edit: It won't let you link their tests, oh well, but here is where I go to test:nice site
