Ok, I made this character with the intent of mining but I am finding nearly zero time to do so.
It has over a mil in learning aswell as science and is less then 2 days from being able to jump into a Hulk. It comes with the two lower Barges (Retriever and Procurer) along with 3 +3 implants (Perception Memory and Intelligence)
Intelligence20+3= 23
Perception 9 +3= 12
Charisma 6
Willpower 8
Memory 21+3= 24
Sec Status is 0.0 and the wallet is positive with about 1.5 mil isk
