So, with non-static belts, we'll have a lot of changes in belt pirating, it seems.
Does anyone know wether the asteroid belts will still be the place to kill rats in (and hunt miners), or will there be other ecounter content findable by the scanner, so ratters will be separate from miners?

Pretty sure belts are still static after this patch.
However, they did turn Gravimetric Exploration sites from Deadspace to regular space. Presumably this was a nice thing they did so haulers didn't have to drive all over and instead can land near the miner. But my tinfoil hattery says CCP has never liked miners and certainly wouldn't go out of their way to actually make them more efficient and with that in mind remember that people mining in Grav sites are now FAR easier to probe.
