How about some skills for getting Reload Time Down on missiles and Lets say a skill for Having more missiles in the tube`s???

im pretty sure all reload time is the same across the board, be it projectile, hybrid, or missile, so i dont think missiles should get an exception (might be wrong but im sure it's 10 seconds all round)
and more missiles in a tube? how is that an applicable skill? just curious, i dont think you can gain a skill that will let you put more objects than maximum in a finite ammount of space.

A skill to take of 5% of reload time per level (Rank 1 skill) would be really nice. =O

Ok then. Reloading skill then. For all guns and missile tubes. Like 1 Second off the clock per level.
And like i said One more missile or round off bullet per skill level.

Yes and skill advanced rapid reload with 3% reduction (rank 5 skill) to  . Beware my kestrel of doom!

That's a very very good proposition I think. For Guns, Missiles, everything.
Of course, cutting down a whole second per level is madness, it should be something like half a second so you end up with 7.5 secs instead of 10 for lvl 5.

Are the amarr loosing a bit more of their racial advantages? Arent's the frequency cristals some kind of instant reload weaponry?
