He means that 160mil is expected price, with Lp=1000isk value (Yes, thats what LP goes for if you buy nexus chips and sell to NPC buyorders).
So if anyone can ask a mission runner to farm one, the mission runner can get one for a expected sell price of 160mil. This is the value you should have your *reserve/minimum bid* at tbh. Some may even say this should be your buyout price

while ill agree that his prices are rather steep considering the latest patch, not everyone runs missions so the price is still kinda flexible. im not in game but im curious what these are going for 'in game'
