My computer had died a while back and I just recently got around to reinstalling Premiere, so I whipped up a movie with some FRAPS I had collected in between. Quality is still meh but it's good enough I think :EE (could be biased though :p). Questions/comments, feel free to post :p

Here's your video re-encoded using the AutoEncoder! Its 38.5MB now.
Obligatory instructions if it doesn't play:
You'll need the CCCP (codec pack) or VLC (standalone player) in order to play the video. Also note you need a pretty fast computer to play it back without stuttering. If your computer is too slow to play the video at full speed, download this codec pack and install *only* the included CoreAVC. If you have the CCCP or FFDshow already installed, disable H.264 decoding in its video codec settings to activate CoreAVC. Note that VLC does not support CoreAVC.

Its at half-resolution FRAPS, so there's no real way to make it readable unfortunately.
Next time he can record at full-FRAPS, but that's only possible with a dual-core processor at 1280x960. He could also lower the resolution to 1280x800 or lower, which FRAPS can record at full-size at even on a single-core processor.

I've tried recording in lower resolutions but I just run out of room (note my gigantic overview) and it makes my computer chug a lot harder than it does if it just makes it half-sized. So until I get a better computer I'll be stuck FRAPSing how I am now :(
