Hey there ccp, can you give me details on how to create the test server, because the old way of creating it doesnt work, myself Rastoman and others, Complex Potential and BloodRedHavoc, have tried to do it the old way, copying everything in the eve folder, except cache and capture. But we have all gotten the same thing, it launches fine, but we cannot see our characters faces before in game launch. Please give me the new details on how to do it, thank you, respond asap.

You can get on if you switch your Language to 'German'.

Notice how there is a forum that is specifically for the test server. Imagine that there is already a workaround in that forum if you decided to look there.
