I was wondering is it totally impossible for new people to join corps who are 0.0 like Bob etc i only ask cause i'm only two days old in the game and on the forums ti seems alot of action is there.

I'm sure recruiters can better answer you, but my impression so far is most corps in 0.0 are generally looking for players with 3-9+ months of game time under their belt with the equivalent skill points (5 mil to 25 mil+).
That way you're sufficiently skilled up and able to hit the ground running with them.

Generally, new players are limited. Many corps want the
experienced pilot.
