Are you referring to automatic withdrawl of funds for payment of your Eve account?
It is done with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, so anywhere you could obtain one, I assume it would work.

Direct Debit is available to Germany, Netherlands, Austria and Spain.

here's a question for ya, WHY THE HELL AIN'T IT AVAILABLE IN THE UK!! WE INVENTED DIRECT DEBIT FFS! Sick of having to order GTC's... Get your lives sorted CCP....

Can't believe this..i'm waiting 5 days now and my payment still isn't complete.What the hell is going on.I have 2 petitions and no response or anything.Right now i'm on a different account because i cannot login in my main one and post here or view my chars.
Crappy support over here..

I don't understand your problem. If you are in the UK they support almost all bank cards. You're problem is they don't accept direct debits in the UK? This is because if you have a bank account to direct debt from, you should (you might not from well, I have no idea to be honest) had a card. They only recently started accepting Visa Electron and Solo I think.
Sorry if I'm way off but your question is rather limited in information.
