I just tracked down and completed the Serpentis Narcotic Warehouse (3/10).
It was the same inside as the old pre-patch static one, same rooms, same keys, same structures.
I blew up the final structure that normall drops Gistii loot.
It dropped nothing except an overseer personal effects box.
Is this a bug or are they meant to be empty?
Pretty pointless waste of 3 hours scanning an entire region. |

AFAIK 3/10s were bugged before the patch and almost always dropped a faction item.. Been fixed I see..

I assumed it was meant to always drop 1 of the gistii items? else what is the point of an 8 hour respawn.

Been running plexs of all sorts for years and they rarely ever drop faction loot unless the tables got borked..(or its a 10/10 in Bob space..  ) Then you spam it till they fix it.

Ah I see, well thats a bit of a bummer tbh. Maybe they should rasie the drop rate now that you have to scan the bloody things out?

You managed to scan one out? I scanned around a bunch in lowsec and never managed to even find one.
The old 3/10s didn't drop loot every time. Sometimes you only got the overseer effects.
