edit: wallet is positive, toon has no kill rights, and has never been outside of the newb corp. He is a complete blank as far as corp history goes.

This toon has all the skills needed to step into a Hulk today. He can use all the mining lasers Except Deep Core miners. He just needs the skill, but can train deep core mining after purchase. He has some drone skills for Low or high sec mining.
All basic learning, except Cha, is at V, and all advanced learning, except cha, is at IV. He also comes with a full set of +3 implants (except Cha).
Starting Bid: 750 million isk
Bid Increment: 100 million isk
Reserve: 1.25 billion isk
Buy Out 1.75 billion isk
