I am still a noob building up my stash in hisec to venture into losec / 0.0 in a properly fitted boat so I can at least put up a fight against some of the bad boys (and girls) out there waiting for me, so still technically a carebear, but jeez I am beginning to hate these whining dorks already with a serious vengeance (and yeah yeah I know I am whining too, but this is just a blip on my way to getting to a serious point).
They are too lazy/slow/useless to salvage their wrecks while mining/ratting in belts I work, so they gripe endlessly in local about me 'stealing their wrecks' on the odd occasion when they still up and unsalvaged when I gank them. FFS if they are that concerned about their salvage they should fit tractors or push the afterburner button. Even if offered a chance of pew pew in a handy next door losec and depite having no doubt millions more SP and gear than me, these 'tards won't bite but love to moan. I just put local on ignore in hisec now.
Not withstanding that salvage is that it is an act of recovery of abandoned and therefore de facto ownerless wreckage (as both the legal and dictionary definitions confirm), even CCP and Concord don't think it's a criminal act, and anyone can salvage anyone's wreckage with impunity in hisec and still these dorks whine about 'my' wreckage. If these were noobs with a month or two of playtime and no cash and were salvaging their wrecks albeit ineffectively I would leave them to it. But these are people in a plush carebear corp with probably more ISK than a bloated middle-European economy (they also happen to be Germans so maybe that has something to do with their mentality). So I take what is rightfully mine: if they can't get off their fat arses to salvage then that's their lookout.
Any suggestions as to how I can make these sad whining farmers lives even more miserable than they probably are already without getting Concorded?

Possibly. Have you considered bumping them out of range of their cargo/jetcan/asteroid with a MWD fitted bc? Over and over again? How bout waiting there in the belt until rats show up. Steal from them . IF their not fast enough their drones will attack you. Then they're fair game. Other than that idk. Maybe they'll shoot at you accidentally.

You should seriously reconsider you mentality towards foreign nations and people, or maybe your overall mentality.
