as title says , anyone able to help me out? , i wont deny im abit of a caldari nubbi :|

Jamming is a bit buggy right now (You can fit a scorpion with 8 gravimetric medslot boosters and 4 lowslot ones and still get jammed by NPC's)
But it all depends on what NPC's you are fighting, 0.0 belt rats or L4 mission rats...
I'd say for L4's solo the best you can do is switch a lowslot for a sensor backup, with 0.0 belt rats you could swap a medslot (shield boost amp or something) for a gravimetric backup (the activated one)

Sorry should of been more specific, its for DG belt rats in 0.0, these fawkers love to jam, so much it drives me up the wall.

I've found that it doesn't actually matter. At all. When I fight them, I can kill one as it's jamming me, and the 'jamming' bar will appear periodically till I dock. I honestly don't think anything you do can get out of it. FoF and drones - get your drones on them as soon as possible, especially if they're t2 med drones. For BS jammers, they aren't as annoying as the cruisers, they have a much longer jamming cycle time, so you can get them fairly easily.

NPC's don't actually follow the same rules characters do. They just jam. They just boost. They spam missiles. Whatever.
So you deal with them as NPCs. In the case of the jamming rats, you use FOF missiles and, if you've got drone skills, set your drones on them when you can. Eventually you'll get them all.

I haven't been to 00 for awhile but, before revelations, I used a backup array and found the jamming from dires to be considerably less frequent and shorter in duration.

i dont know bout the 0.0 rats jamming ability so much. but the mission rats i find have a hard time jamming me when i use a eccm gravmatic. got a named one that gives 96% encrease in my raven. might get jammed but very rare.
