So, i take a sec drop last night at ca 00:00 eve time - from -1.1 to -1.4.
I log in to day at 08:00 and undock from a station in nonni. The moment i undock (im in a vigil with 540m/s and 1mwd and 1 after burner)
Even before im able to warp to a gate im locked and shot down by concord. I have a sec status of -1.4 and nonni is a 0.5 system.
Is this right ????

We once lost a ship in a 0.4 sec system, one of our guys attacked a -8.5 sec guy, he used ecm and scrambled him, he used no guns or missiles, the sentry guns destroyed him.
My point is, the game is never 100% sure

Didnt i read that you did attack someone in your kestral yesterday and was shot down by concord due to that ??
After you have been shooting someone it taked awhile before concord forgets even if they shot you down they will shoot you down again if you undock to soon after you got shot down the first time

No then it must be something else like Caldari state that you have lots of - to for killing convoys or something...
And that last agressive action made you a crim for them
Check all you - standings... If all is fine petition and ask why the shot you

Did you check your CONCORD Corp statding to you? It's different then your security stadning. If it's below -2.0 then you could be shot at by CONCORD.
Edit: I just checked your standing and they look fine. I'm guessing it remembered some previous action. Maybe a bug.

Hate CONCORD now. I was mining whit corp in my scorpion, I targeted a Roid and put the miners online. Then CONCORD jumpes in and killes me. Pretty sad when the GM's told me I made threat against somone they didn't know how I did it or who I did it to but somhow I must have done it. I was in a Scorp whit mining lasers and only corp members in the belt. Hate this crap!!

Try to find the log (if it got saved) and see who you did a threat to

... Am sorry, but the very idea of Concord warping in to defend the poor 'roids makes me laugh. I mean, it sure sucks to lose ship and all... but really, lmao. ^^;
(for the possible log check the /capture/gamelogs folder, normally all logs are saved there so you might get lucky)

I have also noticed when Im npc hunting in some systems, I get that damn warning " You have initiated aggression" but no one is ever in the belt where I'm at. Sometimes I'm the only person in the system and I still get the warnings.
Eveythings been bugged since "Castor"

I beg to differ. Where atm there is refining skills for specific ores meant for mobile refineries, but yet we dont have those... I can continue about many things.
As to me "complaining", it was a simple statement. So get a clue!

Bah.. sounds like the time I got shot down by the sentries in passari when I attacked kakalot, despite the fact that he had below -5 sec .
Its just not cricket.

Ok before we all jump on the castor sux band wagon... :)
Plim, Keep in mind that the sec status displayed on char info is rounded. You target might have had -4.945xxx which will display as -5 afaik but the guns see -4.945xxx and waste you.
Would be nice with a "yes you may waste this scumbag without Concord repercussion indicator" for people with bounties on them.
Zarq, those 9 hours were they online or offline time? Not sure how the Concord agression timer works but to me it would make most sense to count online time. So if you wasted that MF last night, logged shortly after and logged on again today you still have some 15 mins left on the timer.
Just my thoughts on these 2 "strange" issues..

actualy, you cant log off - timer stops when u log. (or maybe when ur ship dissapears). so if u log, wait 15 minutes after u log back on.
