Okkie.. i got mi Ubar 4x 720mms Seutp on mi brand new rupture
At lon range (optimal range) i can land Ubar hits and rarely miss
but when target get closer or start moving paralel towards u u cant hit a jack
so i startted move manualy insted of orbiting/keeping at range and i am startting to have marvelous results
Even a fast friggy at range of 5 kliks and below get hits of 50 and abaowe (EMP ammo)
when i match his flight vector and so doing nullifiying his speed bounus
its hard and requiers a good timing but it works against fast moving targets on all ranges

umm tracking computer maybe? thats about all thats gonna help i thinks

Siddy .. stay stationary at about 30-35K away and as soon as they start hitting you (bout 23k) Hit the Afterburners and head straight towards them .. no tracking adjustments, just straight shots. with a Ruptures awesome Armmour and shields and the right hardner running them will be dead in Seconds

If you have low tracking weapons, this is what you do,
If your target is far away from you, approach it---this puts your ship aligned towards the target and reduces directional changes.
If your target is close to you, retreat. This forces the target to chase after you, and once in the rear, directional changes are reduced allowing you to make more hits.
Use drones and missiles---both Minmatar ships are amply equipped---if the rats continue to annoy.
