Has anyone thought of hosting eve - html 1 webspace for a monthly ISK fee? Would anyone be intersted in paying say 1 million ISK a month for hosting? 5 million for php/perl/mysql hosting? Let me know your thoughts.

There probably will be people interested in a service like this. Your best bet is to try the market forum.

I got my own webserver, and I've been playing a little with this idea. However, I don't think I have enough experience with linux (and servermanagement) yet to arrange such services.
I could provide a webserver with mysql, php, unlimited bandwidth etc., but I'm a bit worried about security.
Perhaps I will come back to the idea sometime later when I got more experience.

Zarthan had a tag on his sig, where some1 would design and host a sig for 5mil isk.

Phoe is correct - i am currently adapting a website that i designed for another game for EVE - and yes, it can be used via the ingame browser :)

hosting a sig is far differnt then a website. What villium is looking for is web hosting that he can control a .com thru for isk. Good luck to you if i had the server id' do it but sadly i don't as they are expensive to maintain.

afaik Kurenin - it's against the EULA to sell ingame items for real $$$, *not* vice versa
If somebody within Polaris/CCP could confirm this

yeh considering that 1 mil isk amounts to about 1 dollar on ebay, sounds pretty cheap to me
