Does anyone know a station with any spare slots for copying a blueprint.
Or is there any corporations that will let me use their mobile labs for a fee?

Speak to Ricdic ingame. Your corp can join his alliance and use their hi-sec mobile labs for a fee.

Unfortunatly you cannot copy using an alliance pos im afraid  so the above link isnt going to help u....
You could either setup your own POS, or..... go to lowsec - they usually have much shorter waits, mine only has 3 days wait
Or just hang in there and be patient
P.S avoid caldari space, lots of people there...go somewhere less crowded

/me points to the station at the left in highsec, here you go only 28 days waiting line for copying.
Hmm or perhaps try that station over there (points in the far distance) in lowsec, just 2 gatecamps on your way there but the waittimes are 7 days and get 1 day lower for each camp you pass trough  .
No? What about deploying your own pos? needs 5.0 standing for empire? hmm tough luck there then too .
Hmm perhaps a pos in lowsec then or play russian roulette with your bpo's with people running research stations that are willing to research them for you (or that let you research them useing an alt invited to their corp)?
Also not an option, well im sorry i got many posses sitting right over here with so many slots doing nothing but there is no way i can rent them to you, there just is no way i tell you!
* note sarcasm, i dont really run that many posses just 1 for private use with enough on it to feed my personall needs but it should speak for those corps running pos lab services.
- No ccp will not increase the labs (wouldnt help much anyway as they would be clogged as fast anyway).
- No ccp will not decrease bpo copy times / research ME/PE times these are balanced the way they are and work as intended.
- For now there will not be anything pointing to you being able to perform research trough player operated structures either excluded the "play russian roulette" part that is (remember that for copy/research you cannot do it from your private hangar as far as i have seen / tested so it must be in corp hangar and that means an director of that corp can pick up that bpo aswell).
Sorry i know this doesnt really help but i just tell you what you should know about this.
