The Titan Death Betting Syndicate is a way of making ISK through other people's misery! Place your bets on which pilot is going to get blown up next, and should you pick the correct one you will win a big chunk of the total amount bet on all pilots. It's like the BIG lottery, only you actually have a chance of winning. 
This grand event is ran by Sarmaul, so direct any questions concerning this endeavour to him. You can send me evemails all you want, but it's not going to do you any good. Same goes for asking questions in this thread. For questions, you go to Sarmaul.

I think it's safe to say that Sarm isn't going to wreck his very good reputation for the sake of a bil at most.

Sarmaul got himself banned from Scrapheap-Challenge by spoiling the Transformers movie, and therefore cannot continue to run the event.
