I am familiar with the standard Phoenix fittings, but I am not a fan of sieging and then going to get a drink. I would like to use my dread for a more hit and run style combat. I would always fly with support (i hate single player games) so I will always have friends to cyno, tackle and paint. What fittings would be recommended assuming the only requirement is 3x citadel torp launchers and a cloak, office SB, or NOS/Neut? A siege module is a must have for pitched battles, but I am looking for a more mobile set up?

The problem being that you really need to be in siege to do any real damage. Unsieged citadel Torps tickle... but don't really hurt a BS.

Out of siege a T2 raven will outdamage you.

That's a shame. I guess I won't have to worry about finding time to get a drink or go to the bathroom. I was hoping to find a use for the phoenix that didn't mimic mining.

you cant do hit and run in a phoenix and never will be able to...
if you aint gonna use siege mod then why bother, you throw out no dps and are so slow you'll just get pinned down and die.
